we have spoken to the representative in question and taken measures to ensure this does not happen again. [redacted] also mentioned that all numbers linked to their business have been placed on our do not call list.[redacted] advised in the message left that if this didn’t completely satisfy [redacted]s, that she can contact him directly. [redacted] provided his contact information if she needs anything at all in the future. We again apologized and thanked her for her time and patience.

I would like to know who responded to this complaint and what their position is and that the person involved has been dealt with. This was harrassment and involved several people because for the last couple of months when this guy called and my office said I was not available and not interested he would have a woman call back immediately.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because The company promised to beat the processing charges of my current credit card company and was not able to deliver what they said they would do. The cost I was charged over the 3 months that I processed with them was $491.31 (which does not include the amount we paid the old processors for 3 months) . They have said they would credit a total of $120.00 to help me and was very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused us. It was their error and I feel that they should issue a credit to cover any costs I incurred while processing with them, that I normally would not have had.
