I had made an apt on MAY WITH *** which was very unpleasant she made me await two weeks for an
appointment which was unusual, She didn't seen to know how to book an aptI finally get an appointment
on may with Sky was the Technician who showed up and ask him three tines for a business cardAfter three times
he said he DIDN'T LIKE GIVING THEM OUT TO CUSTOMERS which was offHis estimate was generic on 8xpaper
no company invoiceGeneric paper which I have if Revdex.com NeedsIi gave him a check for two weeks ago, and told all
of management how in-professional he was never received a call from anyone about the poor experienceHis Exact words
in texting me BACK WE I WILL NOT CASJH THE CHECK *** WILL FOLWITH MEEDUCATING YOU ABOUT YOU SYSTEM
AND NOT CHARGING YOUWHERE IS MY CHECK, AND BOT FOOLW UP, Which was a bit rudeManagement never called me

The technician who examined my AC system was very thorough The photos helped me to understand the problems with my unit He took extra time to explain the Issues in detail
Ron took his time explaining my houses plumbingHe gave me my options without any sales pressure
I wish I could give this company and its staff starsI happened to find them online after another company with terrible customer service blew off my appointment to unclog a drainPenguin was superbly professional from the moment they answered the phone (I believe the gentleman's name was Dax) until their three infinitely patient staff left my house, having been there far longer than they'd planned
In clearing out the clog - which they did quickly - they determined a major issue with roots having burst through the pipesAs a renter, I contacted the property management company and they requested an estimate to clear the rootsEven though it was later in the day, the two techs who were here - A*** and Ernesto - didn't hesitate to stay longer to run a camera down the line and prepare an estimate
When they did run the camera, they discovered the issue was even more severe and summoned a supervisor, OscarOscar fought through rush hour traffic to get here as A*** and Ernesto patiently waited, all the while exhibiting a courtesy demeanor
Now here's where this company earns major bonus points for customer service - as fate would have it, while I was outside with the Penguin team, my dog turned the lock on the backdoor, locking us out of the houseBy this time, the team had already been here several hours and were just finishing up and gathering their gear to leaveThey could have easily said, "Oh, that's too badHope you can find a locksmithHave a great night!" But they didn't do that
Oscar, A*** and Ernesto stayed and got me back into my house - and I won't say exactly how, but I can tell you it required a lot of above and beyond effort on their partIt wasn't an easy task by any measurement
I'll add that in addition to the incredible customer service provided by their team - and I really can't emphasize enough how cordial and gracious and professional these guys were - there were other little things I appreciated about this company, as wellThese are:
1) Amazing flat rate for the drain unclogging - $
2) They were on time for the appointment (seems obvious, but we all know how many companies don't honor appointment times)
3) Even before the tech was on the way, I received both a text and an email with a photo of the lead tech and some info about himAs a female, that put me at ease
4) When the tech was on his way, he called me, just like they said he would(Again, seems like an obvious move, but I've had companies promise to do this and then show up unannounced)
In a day and age when customer service seems to be an afterthought for many companies, I can say that it is obviously a core value of Penguin Air and PlumbingI cannot recommend these guys highly enoughJust call them - now - if you need plumbing or HVAC assistance
Terrill J was our service technician and from the moment he called until the job was complete he was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional Based on the work that was performed by Terrill, and his great customer service, I would recommend Penguin and will use them again for my next plumbing service
they are always on time and do a great job and tell you what they are going to do and tell you what you might need done in the futureThey always have good specials you could take advantage of but, do not pressure you to take
Terrill was knowledgeable and very personableA good representative of the companyHe explained exactly what was wrong to me and made sure several times that unit was working when he saw I was nervousWould definitely recommend Penguin
My experience with Penguin Air & Plumbing has been positive from the first call initiated by my home warranty plan The tech diagnosed the problem with an aging air conditioning system and proceeded to explain my options -- repair/replace
The installation crew showed up when expected, explained their work and my new unit in a manner I could understand, went above and beyond when they discovered misplaced insulation in my attic and a beam that had been removed They left my house just as they found it -- no insulation mess The techs and the office staff are courteous and reliable Quality outfit!
Ryan HCame to my house and quickly and professionally fixed the problemHe was a pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate using him again
Ralph was awesome here on time did a great job he had a smile and told me what I needed to here
Awesome experience with Matthew - he was professional and extremely knowledgeableHe diagnosed and fixed the a/c, along with several recommendations to the management company about maintenance and additional repairsHe left and an hour later the blower motor quitThey called him back on a Sunday and and Matthew came back and fixed itCan't say enough about Matthew - great guy and would highly recommend him to everyone! They are more focussed on sales than reasonable serviceIf you plan to get a new A/c from them, make sure you get everything in writingTheir sales guy will promise and then you will be on the phone with completely different people not keeping up with their promisesIts too early comment on the quality of serviceIf they say your unit should be replaced, please get a second opinionMy unit upstairs makes a crackling noise post installation, and they basically said thats how newer units areMy older unit was much quieter
