Fernando was very friendly, professional & accomodating during the installation process of the new HVAC system He answered questions and offered advice & instructions on the operational aspects of the new HVAC system He was thorough in the installation, clean up & review of the system & took extra time in explaining the operational functions of the system Justin M [redacted] was very professional, answered my questions and was honest in his evaluation of my HVAC systemHis expertise was very useful in allowing me to make the best decision concerning repair and/or replacing my current HVAC system

Steve and Ralph are great guys....efficient, timely, knowledgeable and polite Have done business with Penquin for a year now and have had good experiences on maintenance and repairs Highly recommend this firm and these guys

Jason assisted me in getting the plumbing work I needed done and his service was excellent. I went from having a leaky toilet to getting a new one installed. I could not be happier. The customer service team at Penguin Air and Plumbing is excellent also. I appreciate all of the good service I had for an unexpected home repair!

I am reporting penguin to the Revdex.com for horrible practices and to Rip off report and many others to be sure that what happened to us doesn't happen to other people We rent our home and requested our landlord use penguin because family has you in the pastWe have an a/c problem and plumbing problem with pressure to the master bath shower In regards to the a/c, they found a small leak in coolant and replace the disconnect box box it was over workedThe cost for these repairs and less than minutes of work was astronomicalWorse, instead of telling my landlord the priority should be replacing the a/c, he went to fix these issues than wrote on the bill after that it needs immediate replacementThen we were charged $for the work and given an estimate to replace the unit for $7800, "after a discount"We can get all these things for near half the costOf your discounted price The project manager who came out said that may be a "training issue" with the tech and the order in which he billed us With the plumbing issue, the tech came out and said the valve stem needed replacingHe said he would be right back to get the stem and it would cost $I laughed and said he has to "ok it with the landlord."He definitely did notI also remember on my recorded call, that the rep said it would not be seperate from the cost of the a/c repair He replaced it in these than minAnd billed $for a part that cost less than $ The a/c wasn't even a temporary fixIn fact we beought in a second contractor and you made it worse and now forcing us to replace th unitIt was never sealed correctly and the plumbing still has low pressure and doesn't work

This is the third time I have used Penguin Air The first time was for the yearly cooling tune-up The 2nd time was for a plumbing check I had purchased the maintenance plan during the cooling tune-up They called and set up the plumbing check but never called to set up the heating tune-up I ended up calling them at the end of January and set up the appointment The person who I talked to did apologize for them overlooking contacting me for the appointment During this visit the tech, Jesus, did an excellent job in informing me of maintenance that needed to be done on my air conditioning unit He showed me the areas on the exterior unit and pictures of the unit in the attic

I had my air condition unit serviced by Jesus Perez who actually saved us from a future disasterIn our attic our unit was leaking and almost overflowed the drip panThe next step would have been water coming through our ceilingHe took the right steps to correct the problemHe's very knowledgable and explains very well

The service I received was great! Brock came quickly and took of the problem in a timely matterWill be a long term customer going forward

Terrill Jwas our service person today He was prompt and identified himself immediately Terrill was very professional, polite, and friendly He worked in a neat and orderly manner to solve our problem He is a bonus to the company As to the company, Penquin Air & Plumbing set up our service call asap We were so glad to have our service plan in effect Positive experience

Fernando and Jose were excellentMoth men were very dedicated to meeting our needs, were courteous, friendly, and simply worked to make the install experience a very professional oneI could not be happier

Manny came out to do the yearly AC inspection as part of the plan that Penguin Air sells you to keep your system in "tip top" shapeManny seemed more concerned on me writing a good review for his "Five Star" reputation than actually doing his jobHe undid the disconnect to check the system, then told me the refrigerant was low, and never turned the unit back onI blame myself partly for not following him around and checking his workWhen it came time for the AC to come on, of course it didn't work and I assumed it was because the refrigerant was low because of Mannys statementsWhen the home warranty guy came out to fix it, he showed me the disconnect and the unit worked fineI am now out $dollars co-pay and two very uncomfortable days without ACI don't think this is the message Penguin Air would like to send but this is the kind of thing that gives AC guys a shady reputationVery disappointed!!

The weekend before shoulder surgery and the AC quit working Penguin Air Plumbing sent their service pro, Zeb Spencer The old unit needed to be replaced and my wife and I agreed The soonest a crew and crane could be scheduled was the day of surgery We left a key and instructions where to find it and the go ahead to remove the old unit, do the new sheet metal duct work and install a new unit When we returned from outpatient surgery, the job was cleaned up and finished and the house was cool Good work Penquin Air and Zeb!

I am sending you a note to let how great Ralph VWas this morningHe was here to service my air conditionerrorHe arrived right on time and was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable He got the work done and suggested the surge protector for the unitI purchased oneThen he recommended duct cleaning and I also made an appointment for that All and all Ralph is a fine representative for Penguin Air Thank you

Nathan was very thorough and reviewed his findings with me show me exactly where my problem was in the ACHe was very professional and courteousI appreciated his work very well done

There are so many issues that it is hard to choose one It crosses into many categories I do have a timeline that we have collected from the beginning of the process which I can include as an attachment if interested However, the main issue is that we have wasted countless hours waiting for repairs to be done and callbacks that were promised We've been promised checks for our flooring and new fans, yet because they forgot or couldn't get to us we haven't been able to work on getting together to finish repairs from the company that Penguin contracted withI've even sent the timeline to a Penguin manager and they promised they would discuss it with ownership and call us back, however we've had to initiate almost all of the contact

Ryan was courteous and professional. Everyone I have had dealings with at Penguin Air have been excellent. I believe this company truly cares about the quality of service and products they deliver.

Did their best to be at my door as quickly as possible! Terrill was great! He even waited for me to get to the house since I was still en route Very friendly and knowledgable So thankful I called Penguin Air and Plumbing!

DISPATCHER was prompt and attentive! My technician was Steve RobertsonHe was polite, took his time to diagnosis my problem and educated me on what to watch for He had me write down specific instructions so that when I was in need to call him back, he would know the exact problem He really seemed like he enjoyed his job and was concerned and positive that he and his company would take of me Penguin Air is lucky to have him represent them!
