We just had excellent service today by Nathan W*** of Penguin Air
Our past experiences with other companies have been nightmares
However, we have a restored confidence with our experience today and will be using Penguin Air in the future!

I had a very negative experience with Penguin AirI had a plumbing repair done where the technician used fear tactics, unnecessary up-selling, exorbitant estimates, and gender discriminationHe did not realize women could be knowledgeable about plumbing repairsI allowed me to clean up and move furniture out of his way and gave my private number to an outside party for further (unnecessary) repairsI will not be using this company again, they cannot be trusted to be fair and honest

Peguin air charged us $for a motor that cost from another HVAC company Also they charged us $for a service contract When they came out to check on our AC unit they said the coolant was at 32% and we needed two new complete units at a cost of $13, I got a 3nd opinion from Avalanche a local company who had done work for us before The photo that the technician showed me from Penguin air were completely and were not of my unit When avalanche checked in my presence the sealant tape of the units had never been removed so no photos of our coils were ever really taken FRAUD! I was also told by Avalanche that the units were fully charged and the AC uits were working properly and needed no service Everything Penguin Air told me was a lie

Terrill was just excellent He was on time, reviewed the issues and was knowledgeable about the plumbing I have His suggestions were accurate and he did the work quickly and efficiently and I would recommend him to anyone needing diagnostics about their home systems
