My air went out in my house and in Arizona is not a fun thing to have happen I called Penguin Air & Plumbing and it was mind you after hours so I figured it would be a very long hot night Well within less than a hour they had MrNathan White out to the house and he discovered the problem and had my air working He was very professional and even went above and beyond to make sure I didn't have anymore issues Thank goodness for Nathan and Penguin Air!

We have been so impressed with Penguin Air & Plumbing in the past (full air-conditioning system with complete re-ducting plus plumbing work), so we didn’t hesitate to engage them for an extensive rework of our main system out front that controls house plus front & back yard watering systemsThough the initial work was adequate and useable, we just didn’t feel it was up to the standards the company had shown in the pastI contacted Penguin and spoke with Jonathan, explaining my disappointment
As the supervisor, he scheduled an appointment to come out and look at the work; he agreed, though serviceable it could have been done betterHe then arranged to personally come out and correct it by redoing the entire job - which ultimately took almost a full dayHe went well above and beyond; the plumbing configuration that now graces the front of our house could be academia’s textbook example of what a system like this SHOULD look likeAs a result, instead of dreaming up ways to hide that assembly with planters or a screen, we’re happy to let everyone see Jonathan’s carefully-crafted intersections of copper and valves

The installers Fernando & Edgar did a fantastic jobThe were friendly, courteous and professionalThey called before arriving and were there even quicker than promisedThey made sure we were satisfied, answered all questions and assured us that if any problems arose that they would be taken care ofEveryone we dealt with was greatI highly recommend Penguin Air

This the worst company I have ever dealt with Spent over grand to replace a full AC unit Had to get the owner involved to get them to complete the job Extremely frustrating right??? But all was finished I thought A couple of months after the air conditioner failed again Back and forth with the company and the technician hopped the fence and said it was a wiring issue He fixed it until tonight It went down again Their "hour response" is false Called at 7pm, service did not get back until 7:30pm 10:pm still no service Sending small children to bed with frozen vegetables to sleep They are still not sleeping and have school in the morning It is a house I own and my son and family live there My daughter-in-law is pregnant and feeling sick with the heat You call after hours, ask to escalate, and get a scheduler on the line that "doesn't know what the problem is and why you are so upset"Please do not use them They have done us wrong times now and no idea what the future has to hold!!!!!!!!!

The man they sent out, Michael, was TERRIFIC!! Worked very hard to solve our problem

I just had service done by Francisco Navarro, I have had several Air Conditioning Contractors at my home and the problems were just overlooked Francisco serviced my Air Unit and identified several issues that were corrected and I am on my way to an Air Conditioned home again Thank you Francisco!! I also wanted to identify the service people who did the scheduling! They were polite and responsive to my needs I would recommend Penguin Air to anyone looking for professional servie Bill Kulekowskis

Service Pro, Manny V., was awesome! He was friendly, fast and efficient It is summer and we are in a crazy heat wave Our AC died and Penguin Air was able to get Manny to our house within hours of our call The AC was fixed in minutes

Well they don't separate parts and labor on their invoice but they give a good enough description of the parts to find them onlineI found the 55mfd 440V capacitor for between $and $I found the compressor saver hard start for $Definitely less than $in partsThe technician was on site at my home for less than hourThe bill was $659, you can do the mathAbout $per hour for labor

after Manny V*** inspected my present unit he came in and offered me several options on repair vs replacementAfter discussing these options, I decided to go with replacing my old unitManny was very respectful, honest, knowledgeable

I called Penguin air about a new air conditioner / heating unit, John the person who came out told me it was going to be a carrier unit, it was Not it was a day and night unitI couldn't call because it was a Saturday and they had already instead the unitI called them a couple times before I got a hold off anyone Then they had John to call be back, He tried to fast talk me like I didn't know what he said to me John said he would call me back later but instead the owner called me and and wanted to increase the warranties after I told him what happened I was paying for a carrier not a day and night

Zeb with Penguin Air came out to the house to diagnose an A/C unit that failedHe was great! I received a text and phone call that he was on his wayHe was professional and pleasant to deal with - like we had known each other for a while alreadyI will be a lifelong customer of Penguin Air
