On the hottest day of the year, so far, on a Saturday evening, Penguin Air was the only business that returned our call promptly & a tech arrived at the house an hour or so laterour AC unit was not workingThis was a big problem since my 90-year old father-in-law was also in the home They supplied us with a portable unit, had men on the job Monday morning, and we had a new heat pump and cool air by 11:30a.m They were professional, considerate, and efficientI highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone

Many V is a great, honest and to the point

I hired Penguin Air to check out my AC unit before the hot season on April 1, The technician said it needed Freon and a leak kit I paid just under $1,to have it repaired On June 2, 2016, my unit stopped cooling again I called Penguin Air They came out that day They said the unit had too much Freon in it The technician said he released some Freon It worked again until yesterday Yesterday, on June 7, 2016, the unit stopped cooling a third time The unit is working, just not cooling It is over degrees in my home
I called Penguin Air yesterday and as of 1:p.m., MST, they have not arrived to fix the unit

The company my home warranty initially assigned me to was going to make me wait three days for an appointment so I requested a new provider and was assigned to PenguinRandy arrived within four hours of initial contact and had my AC fixed and running again within minutes Thank you so much for the prompt and courteous serviceYou're a lifesaver in this brutal AZ heat

Penguin Air came through in a pinch Out air went out on a Friday night and they were able to have a techinician out the same night Troy was great He actually came to the house three different days until the unit was fixed We were impressed and will use Penguin again in the future

I have to thank Steve Rand Tonya for for all their help in getting my a.cup and running again, they went way above and beyond what any company I've ever dealt with have to make sure the problem was fixed and that we were happy
We bought this a.cunit new a little over years ago from another company and we have had nothing but problems with it, we finally contacted Penguin Air & Plumbing to see if they could figure out what the problem was
We spoke with Tonya and she was such a great help and she was the one that was able to get this all to happen as far as getting us the service we needed
Steve Rwas sent out to take a look and get things working properly, with in just a short amount of time had our old compressor pulled out, replaced the online dryer, vaccumed the system down and had it recharged
Before he showed up the temperature in my house was over degrees as we had just been through one of the hottest weeks on record, temps hit earlier in the weekWithin a couple hours of Steve getting my system back up and running my house was a very comfortable degrees
With Tonya's help we were able to get this all taken care of under warranty, I can honestly say I will only do business with the wonderful people when I need any HVAC or plumbing work done as they are true professionals and they actually care about their customers as it shows in ever part of the process
I want to thank everyone that has helped us from Penguin Air and Plumbing from the bottom of my heart, it was a job well done and you all deserve to be recognized for your hard work

Penguin Air & Plumbing has been a trusted partner for a few years now since we have been in the valley All the technicians who come out are fantastic! Most recently Michael Sand Ralph have done great work!

Ralph was knowledgeable and helpful in determining how best to fix our problem and consulted with his supervisors to obtain additional benefits and pricing for us
