My experience with Penguin Air and Plumbing has always been good Manny showed up for our appointment right on time! (Actually, he was a few minutes early!) That's always a good thing The service call went off without a hitch, and he was done quickly Have never had a bad experience with Penguin
The service I received was great! Brock came quickly and took of the problem in a timely matterWill be a long term customer going forward

Randy was great He worked on my AC for about hours on a Sunday, fixing the mess the previous company made He took the task seriously and was determined to stay until I had cool air After years of various AC company, I'm not going to use any other company but Penguin and Randy!
years ago I had Penguin Air replace my aging HVAC system IN the last years they have serviced the new system and visited several times to manage questions about function and adjust the system to my home environment All the technicians that have been in my home have been courteous and professional I just signed up for an annual maintenance plan and am looking forward to future years of quality service from Penguin
We had a new A/C Heat system installed by Penguin Air February The unit was very noisy Penguin attempted to quiet the issue without success We scheduled our one year annual check with Penguin in February Steve Robertson came out to do the check up We mentioned the noise still bothered us He went up on our roof and we heard some banging A little later Steve came down and said he had replaced the isopads with a newer version and took them off of the wood supporting the unit on the roof and put them directly on the unit itself and used more than were originally installed To our utter amazement the problem with the noise was completely resolved!!! Steve made us very happy customers! Thanks to Penguin for sending us their best! Steve and Kay, Chandler, AZ
I have signed up with Penguin Air & Plumbing for a new AC installation and a yrs maintenance membershipOn the day of installation, the AC broke down for twice, and the blowing fan was scratching the cage/shield since it got looseI called to ask for a new unit exchange, but instead got an offer of replacing the parts in the unit (circuit board, motor, & cage)I had an appointment and had to leave home before 7:30pmthe dispatch team agreed on doing the service before that timeA tech came to my house around 6:00pm and worked for hrs, but never installed the new partsHe just tweaked the old parts to make it work temporarily and said he need to leaveThe service team then told me that he was going to wait for the next tech to come so that I could leave my garage door openBut the first tech just drove away before the next one cameI then had to leave my garage door open with nobody at homeI had the next tech called me and explained to him that I wanted all the
After a miserably failed attempt to get my AC working by an unnamed contractor on a Saturday morning, I had Penguin Air & Plumbing send one of their guys out on Sunday morning The level of professionalism was immediately apparent From the person I initially spoke with in the office to the tech Penguin sent me an email and a text to confirm the appointment and to let me know the name of the tech along with sending a picture of him Anthony Hshowed up at my door wearing his shoe covers and as friendly as can be He asked me a few questions, then immediately got to work realizing that my family had been dealing with a degree indoor temperature long enough After checking things out inside, he inspected the unit outside, as well as the furnace/air handler in the atticHe charged the unit with freon getting levels up to where they should be At about 6:pm he called me to find out what the inside temperature was When I told him it had gotten a little cooler but still in the mid 80's he said he would be back within the hourAnd he actually showed up at about 7:pm on Sunday evening to check the levels again and add additional freonHe even called me the following Tuesday to see if everything was still good Anthony went above and beyond what most of us are used to these days and I highly recommend him and Penguin

Matthew N***, from Penguin Air and Plumbing, came to our home today to provide an AC/Heating tuneup,as provided through our "membership" service plan Matthew was right on time He got busy immediately checking everything, even going into our tiny attic space to address a problem He was so neatly dressed, and very professional in his presentation of what he had done and what may need to be done in the future He was so patient answering our endless questions He did not try to push us into purchasing any service or equipment he thought would be beneficial for our home; he understood our slightly obsessive desire to research options He was a real gentleman and you would be fortunate to have him on your job! If the company gives out awards to employees could I suggest they give Matthew N*** a ride on their famous helicopter!?
Not impressed with the service man or the company Had a water leak on the line coming into the house Serviceman arrived on time (7:am) He asked to borrow a rake for the stone in the yard; he then asked if he could borrow a tarp to put on the ground -- I got both items for him He worked for about an hour exposing the leak Then he asked me if I had any glue for plastic pipe - when I told him I didn't have what he needed, he left for the hardware storeHe came back in about or minutes with the glue and proceeded to fix the section of pipe that was leaking He then asked me if I had a board he could put under the repair to hold it straight I suggested he just back fill under the pipe and not use the board as it would rot away in a few months He insisted so I got him a board He then filled the hole and was finished In total he used a couple of plastic fittings, some pipe and a copper sleeve for the repair He was done and gone at 10:am, so his total time at work was about hours and minutes The bill for this was $ I sent an email to the company asking for an itemized statement (labor, materials, service charge, travel, etc.) and was told they don't provide itemized statements When I told a customer service rep (Sabrina) about my issues, she seemed very interested and said she was typing out an email to the service manager detailing all the information I had given her She assured me that I would hear from the manager very soon I have not heard a thing from anyone in the company
My month old air conditioner, purchased from Penguin, quit workingThey were able to get someone out the same day, unfortunately I was at a medical appointment, so we missed each otherThey were able to get someone out later that afternoon, but he wasn't able to fix the problemWith some discussion, they were able to get Ryan H out there first thing the next morning, and he was quick to determine the problemThe thermostat had been improperly installed and one of the wires came looseRyan was very professional and thoroughI'd told both technicians that the thermostat kept falling out of the wallRyan recognized that the improper installation could be the cause of the problemI would recommend Ryan H to anyone who wants a truly professional technician to take care of their Air Conditioner
