It has been some time since a company showed us enough positive customer service to warrant comments Penguin Air received our call and provided a convenient and fast appointment We then received and email the morning of the appointment with our service man's name and picture so we would know ahead of time We then received a call from the service person minutes before his arrival The unit was serviced and evaluated and several options were left open to us for repairs or even for credit for a new unit No pressure and the decision was left to us We are very impressed with the professionalism

I have had the privilege of using the services of Penguin Air for the last 1/years, and have been amazed by the quality of service, far and above the usual to be expected Their service people and those in the office are pleasant, very well trained and very competent Each time I have had service, I think I must have had the best representative of the company, and the next time, an even better one makes the call! Ryan F* from Penguin Air & Plumbing, was prompt, professional, pleasant and honest We came back from a month vacation and found the AC wasn't working, only blowing air around We called Penguin based on advertising on the local television channels Being that it was a Sunday, we were afraid there would be an extra charge, but prices are the same, any day Ryan came in, checked the system out with his meters and determined the problems He explained everything in detail of what was wrong and how to correct it Not long after, we had COLD air coming thru the vents! We were very satisfied with Ryan and the service he provided We will highly recommend Penguin Air & Plumbing
