We discovered that the air condition was out on a Thursday evening in one of those degree days in AZ The company we were referred by my home warranty insurance company was closed The following day the company called to say that he could not come out until Tuesday, which was not acceptable due to three small grand children and aged ailing husband Called Penguin Air and a professional technician, Jesus Pcame the same day He diagnosed and ordered the parts I was up and running by Monday He gave me his cel # to call him during the weekend for questions and even followed up with me to see if the insurance company had called back Jesus is a caring person who worked with me and helped me with the insurance company I feel had this occurred earlier in the week, we would have had air condition the next day Great company to call on for service and I would recommend to anyone needing air conditional service

Just had my routine AC check/tune up with Penguin Air service tech Nathan W*** He was very professional and nice and even let me know about bees up on my roof I recommend Penguin to my friends (I had them replace my old air conditioner a couple years ago) Penguin and Nathan are great!

I was impressed with Penguin Air & Plumbing The plumber who arrived was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable He quickly diagnosed the problem with the Water Heater and had it replaced in no time I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing issues

Thank you Steve Rand Penguin Air & Plumbing! You guys saved my 4th of July My AC failed and I was skeptical that I would find anyone reputable and honest to check it out and repair it, especially in a timely manner I was thankfully, wrong, lol
I called Penguin AC and was pleasantly surprised that someone even answered the phone They were very nice and professional She stated she would have a Technician call me shortlyI did receive the call within an hour (at this point my house temp had risen to 84, lol) Not only did I get the call, but I received a text with a link that allowed me to "watch" the truck en-route to my home (nice touch! I really like that feature)
Steve showed up within minutes,, and was very personable and professional! within minutes my AC was once again running!
To be honest, I was skeptical and expecting to hear there were big problems etc etcbut let me say, this was not the case at all Ended up being a blown fuse on my roof top AC of my ten year old unitSteve fixed it fast and more importantly, was honest about the problem and fixnice!
I don't easily write reviews, but felt I had to Very pleasant experience from the get go, I'm impressed, and again thanks folks!!!! Thanks Steve!! You did an excellent job! Exceeded my expectations and I will highly recommend you folks to everyone I know

Had what nobody wants...coming home from a trip out of town late on Sunday evening to no A/C Considering we have kids and this unit cools all our rooms, we were in a bad spot Called Penguin Air around 5:or 5:that evening and they sent out Ralph Vthe same night! Don't know of another company who could pull that off Ralph couldn't have been more professional and expedient He managed to get into the crawl space and not wake my kids, and then quickly remedy the problem so that we were up and running later that night I work for SRP and we end all our meetings with an example of outstanding customer service Thanks to Ralph and Penguin for giving my my next customer service story So glad we went with you when we had our unit installed!
