This company is threatening us with legal action over a review on yelp They have caused very serious damage to our home and wants to take no accountability for it

DISPATCHER was prompt and attentive! My technician was Steve RobertsonHe was polite, took his time to diagnosis my problem and educated me on what to watch for
He had me write down specific instructions so that when I was in need to call him back, he would know the exact problem
He really seemed like he enjoyed his job and was concerned and positive that he and his company would take of me

If you want a company with lack of customer service, look know further We purchased completed units packages from Penguin Air & Plumbing for under $15, Yes, you heard that right, two stage units for under $15, The original price they started with was more than double The units unfortunately never were installed properly with constant problems Day in and Day out promises were made, but never delivered Will Hallett (one of the owners) is rarely reachable @ ###-###-#### His simple reply over text or on the phone is "Jay is going to call you" Jay K*** is the Arizona ROC qualifying party at this time, who is also near to impossible to reach @ ###-###-#### We have almost identical problems with the packages they installed (compared to the original ones) Penguin Air & Plumbing recommended having someone else reduct the attic $4,later no difference
Three packages installed - one was to small and Penguin Air & Plumbing advised us we could pay an additional $1,for the next size up, otherwise we could have it at no charge (but they wanted to null/void there warranty and cease services at the location) We happily paid the $1,
They never came back for the Quality Check like they mentioned over and over during installation When the Owner Will and Qualify Party Jay came a few weeks ago with other tech's to address my concerns (approximately months later), I was extremely displeased I learned quickly that all the units never worked in two stage (workmanship / installation), the units where placed two close together (so one unit pushed out hot air, the other unit sucked in hot air), the "static pressures" were never set properly (this is the reason we paid for reducting in the attic We have now been through thermostats in kitchen, in thermostats in master bedroom, thermostats in the hallway
We have tried over and over to work with them to let them correct the issues, but it's apparent that we may have to contact the AZ ROC and file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General Office to hold them accountable of varies levels We still have not received the owners manuals and/or warranty information I'm still wondering how much they need to overcharge to help sponsor the Penguin Air News Chopper that they just love to brag about!

This was my first experience with Penguin Air and Plumbing They were called out on a Sunday, and arrived within an hour of my call My A/C was repaired and a quote was provided for a new replacement unit My current system is about years old and I was dreading the quote Noel explained what he was checking for and was extremely helpful in answering my questionsI would definitely recommend the company and technician to my friends and family Great Job!

Just wanted to say that I was very happy with the service from Penguin Air and Jason Reynolds on installation of our water heater

We called due to an unusual metallic bang coming from our intake that would occur whenever the a/c would start and then again when it would shut off as well as concern for high fine powder like dust that was affecting our health We communicated our concerns to the office and then to our tech, Jesse Lwho showed genuine concern and determination to find the problems and fix them before he left our home Not only going the extra mile with the time he took to thoroughly investigate everything late into the evening when he could have then left he stayed to try one more thing to address the metallic bang This turned out to be the issue and he fixed it immediately He also sealed any holes in the duct work and was able to help the air flow by slight kink adjustments to two rooms He was thoroughly attentive to all our concerns and questions while being extremely patient which helped us feel at ease We wish all technicians were this way Thank you!

Our total experience with this company with the installation of an AC unit is to be commended They seemed to go out of their way to keep us satisfied
