I recently purchased two air conditioner units from Penguin AirI have consistently had issues with one of the unitsThey have come out multiple times to address these issues, but still have not fixed them properlyIn addition, I have had to play "employee" and follow up multiple times to request information (my statement after install, my QA inspection, follow up to the QA inspection)The unit was not installed properly and have recurring issues (the front unit compressor likes to not kick on)The lack of follow up from them has been lacking as wellAs mentioned prior, I have had to do all the follow up
