Our a/c went out on a Sunday afternoon of a 3-day weekend We called Penguin Air and they were very responsive We had a technician at our door early evening Nathan W*** was our technician and he was awesome! He explained what needed to be repaired very thoroughly and was very helpful We will definitely use Penguin Air again
