“I am rejecting this response because: no
corporate giant should be allowed to hide behind legal language that covers the
letter of the law (their own policy) but surely not the spirit of the law”

one thing I need to clarify:
"We have contacted the *** By *** Hotel *** *** *** Airport and verified that they have provided you the correct room type with complimentary breakfast with no additional fee. "
we got free breakfast and correct room type doesn't has any relation with you.
*** front desk told me in person, face to face said that"through phone call, priceline told me that DO NOT GIVE THEM BREAKFAST AND JUST GIVE THEM A STANDARD KING BED ROOM WILL BE OKAY" and your customer service told me word by word saying that "your order is nontransferable and nonreturnable, if you have any other questions call us again bye" that's your service! since you already know that I can do nothing with it, so you can playing me around with no cost!~
why finally *** gave us free breakfast and right room is because front desk has seen so many third party like you cheating customer cases, and I checked in in the early morning around 1am, so they finally give us what we deserve!
there is none of your business about we finally get free breakfast and right room type, DON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT IN THIS CASE. what you did to us is that your customer service told *** NOT TO GIVE US FREE BREAKFAST AND NOT TO GIVE US THE RIGHT ROOM TYPE that's what you did to us!
