When I booked my car I paid extra to get what I wanted the website said luxury car the examples that were given was of luxury (CARS) like the *** *** *** *** or similar what I got was a SUV that was not what I paid for also they keep saying I received a car in the group H in the booking process I did not see anything about car groups , attached is a picture of the car reservation and a comparison of the cars offered vs car received

This response does not address my chief complaint that your website "adults per room" drop down menu did not accurately portray the product I selected. I was at an airport on phone with fifteen minutes to find a hotel before I lost all cell service on my international vacation and I relied on your business to secure a room for four adults at a safe and reputable hotel. I selected four adults from the drop down menu on your website. When I saw adults, I immediately called Priceline.com to correct the matter, indicating that I selected four adults from the drop down menu. Priceline.com indicated that we would have to work it out with the hotel. We called the hotel, and they stated that they do have rooms for four adults, but Priceline would have to book the room for four adults. I'm left with no choice and all risk. We get to the hotel, and they want to charge us an additional $a person ($total) to sleep four people in a room with two double beds. How would you feel if this was the start of your international family vacation?
So I asked your team what the function of the "number of adults" drop down menu is. Your team advised me that there is no function (for the consumer) of the number of adults drop down menu. This is misleading and does not represent the product that I ordered. I am not pleased the service of your website or customer service, nor have I heard explanation of the fixes you plan to implement. I would like to hear what the proposed fixes are

I
suppose this is a situation where we will simply have to agree to disagree. I’d hate to think that a company like
Priceline would be purposely trying to mislead customers or mislead the
Revdex.com. The fact is that a p
advertisement did show up on the upper right corner of my computer screen. I did click on the padvertisement because
it was a very good rate for what I thought was the correct itinerary. I did not enter the date and I did not check
the date prior to hitting the purchase icon.
The date was generated by Priceline and it was not the date I
wanted. This is obviously one of
Priceline’s revenue streams and it is important for them to protect it. They obviously have no problem with this
business practice and have no problem creating unhappy customers. In my business, customers are valued and we
do whatever is necessary to keep them.
This view does not seem to be shared by Priceline. $was a relatively low price to pay for
this lesson. I have and will continue to
share my experience with friends and business colleagues. My guess is it will cost Priceline far more
than the $they “earned” from me. I
wish them the best.
