The Hotel was very nice and had no problem refund the money but told us it was the third party that had to refund the credit cardJaylina, the girl at the desk told us that she would try to fight for us.
The supposed refund rules are vague in that it doesn't specifically state how unused nights would be handledThe policy can be taken several ways
