Priceline may believe that because they write every disclosure with small print or on a different window they can get away with their fraudulent practices, but these are the facts, for which their response does not apply in any way and still, they are responsible to fix this situation:
1.- There is no where in their disclosures stated that customers will be charged up to 30% more than the accorded stay price by the Priceline partner just for staying, even though Priceline knows of this practices by their partners and they have received complains in the past about the same issues they have not put sufficient warning to the customer not to be scammed.
2.- The so called "Resort", according to Priceline is a Start resort when my original bid was for a star hotel, Priceline did this same thing to me in that is why I bid for a star and not that deceitful tag they put next to their star choice that reads "Best Deal", if you had a gram of honesty you would accept, that you know, that choice will cost your customer 30% more, you know this, don't claim ignorance of these practices.
3.-Regularly, when your price is not accepted in Priceline, you get a screen that gives you the opportunity to change your selection (price, stars, location, etc) and re bidI WAS NOT GIVEN THAT CHOICEI got a screen that read "You have been upgraded" and my card was charged without me giving consent first, to any changes Priceline did to my original bid
If this is not fraud, I do not know what it isPriceline believes that even when they know for a fact that their partners are going to charge these ridiculous fees to the customers, that Priceline is supposed to save money to, they quote those disclosures like if that is enough to get away with knowingly stealing
Yes, the resort charged the fee, but I did not bid for a resort, Priceline offered me a night stay for the price I bid at a star hotel, but I was taken and Priceline knew that this was going to happen, that is conspiring to commit fraud

I did not request a full refund in the cancellation fee, I requested a refund in the difference in the hotel I HAD to choose (*** Hotel) and the hotel I had originally chosen. I was told by the booking agent that I had to choose the *** EVEN THOUGH there were other star hotels in the area that were closer to the cost and same amenities of the first hotel I selected as options to choose from. The only difference was they were not in the same town. Your booking agent indicated it had to be in the same town, which given they were in the same vicinity, I don't see what it mattered on the town chosen. The hotel option I was forced to choose did not have the amenities that the *** had, in fact it had NO amenities with the exception of an on site restaurant. As well, the hotel is NOT a three star hotel, it is a two star hotel AT BEST! The rooms were old and dated and the rooms and hallway smelled of dirty unbathed persons, which I advised the front desk of.
The *** Hotel was more than happy to move the night for me. That is because they have good customer service. I understand having the policy in place where an individual is calling a week later, even a couple of days later, however I called LITERALLY minutes after I booked the room when I realized my error. To err is human. The level of customer service Priceline had demonstrated is horrible and I will be sure to NEVER use your service again and will be sure to advise all of my friends and associates of the horrible customer service that you have demonstrated on all social media, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn unless Priceline provides me with a refund in the difference in the hotel selected.

I literally spent the whole day going back and forth between your

The room advertised and paid for referred to king beds, a room which is not offered at the Hard Rock Hotel under any circumstances
Quadruple occupancy in a hotel room implies there is two beds in the roomIt is absurd and fraudulent to sell a package with plane tickets and two hotel rooms with only bed in each roomgrown men sharing bed is unacceptableThe representative from priceline.com tried to justify this misleading information on the website by stating multiple times that king bed is designed and suited for adults to fit and sleep comfortably, which is a complete fallacy and is an extremely weak argument.
Had the website properly represented the reality that this hotel has NO rooms with king beds, we would have reserved a room with queen bedsNot only would it be less expensive (360$ per person instead of 384$) it would suit our travelling needs
A further indication of priceline.com's negative intentions, even after being advised that a room with king beds is fundamentally not possible at the Hard Rock Hotel they still advertise this as being a possible option for future travelers.
