Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: First, the person who responded to my complaint clearly did not read it carefully! I'm not disputing about paying mandatory/resort fee, I was upset with Priceline.com for providing me with an "INCORRECT" resort fee, which "LED ME TO CHOOSE" that particular hotel by thinking it was an acceptable price for a resort fee If I knew the actual resort fee beforehand, I wouldn't have chose that hotel!! Second, in the contract it states that "the hotel charges 16% mandatory fee." I completely understand that part, but here again, how am I supposed to calculate the exact resort fee!?
