Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:it is fairly obvious which hotel is being offered for a lower price in the Express DealsThere are only [redacted] hotels in [redacted] , of which are geographically located outside the area in questionOut of the two remaining hotels, is an all inclusive and the other is the hotel I purchased The Express Deal is not for an all inclusive, meaning that it could only be the [redacted] So yes, you are offering the hotel at a lower rate and now refusing to honor your low price guarantee These numbers are based on all [redacted] hotels in [redacted] , not just those offered by Priceline I have used your NYOP services since 2007, and have easily won over bidsThis is the first time I've had to make a dispute under your low price guarantee, and your failure to honor it is appallingYou have lost any future business from me, and I'll make sure to advise others against your websiteI'll be using [redacted] from now on instead, because their parent company stands behind their product I'll also be putting in a credit card dispute to see if *** will help make this rightIf not, at lease you'll be charged a non refundable merchant dispute fee to offset some of your ill gained profit Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The business is denying me a refund because I did not contact them in the time frame that they required. As I explained to them when I spoke to them I was unable to do so as my daughter was in the hospital and was very ill. Obviously my concern and concentration was on her and making sure she was properly taken care of. As a single mother I was responsible for bringing her home from the hospital on 1/27/14 and taking care of her at home, by myself for the rest of the week. I was unable to go to work during this time as well. On 1/31/14 when my daughter was finally feeling better and I had some assistance at home I made the calls to request my refund.
