Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Once again Priceline customer service is ignoring the fact that I was allowed to enter and request morning flights for the departure Upon review of the several other complaints, I see this is not the first time a customer has complained of the exact same negative action of requesting a particular flight time and Priceline provides whatever, they want to give Initially, I did not enter my initials in the box agreeing with the contact, but what Priceline does not tell the customers is the website will not work if you do not enter your initials (bait and switch), but I still able to request the morning departure Customer Service did not address the issue of the connecting flights do not have available seats Thus, Priceline has sold a flight that I cannot get on, because there are not seats As I previously stated my initial request and complaint was to change the departure flight to a moring fligh, in an effort to arrive and not miss my event How knowing the departure will make me miss my event and the connection does not have seats This was a bogus sale on behalf of Priceline Priceline customer service has not made any effort or attempt to address the issues; merely reading from the prepared script of "non refundable and non changeable" Surely, if you look at the facts, there is a problem, and I am not th only person with the same complaint In this case Priceline is at fault and refuse to address, correct, or amend the situation I KNOW, there can be changes, there is always an exception to all rules In this matter Priceline is attempting to overlook the issue of their website allowing me to select a morning departure, and they willfull and mallicioulsy selected a flight of their choice Secondly, with intentional neglect Priceline provided connecting flights, that do not have available seats Priceline's non-action and non-customer service is high unacceptable, and blatant disregard for the general public Upon speaking to customer service representatives with [redacted] , both advised that Priceline has the ability to change the flight(s) I request and demand a full refund of all fees immediately Surely, you do not expect me to pay for something that will not accommodate my schedule, and have me stranded in another city without a connecting flight to my destintation Priceline pulled a bait and switch and assumed I would not do anything about it This is a TRUE case of CORPORATE BULLYING! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Priceline sold me nights in the hotel with the packageThis was the most important reason when I made my arrangementsLogically Priceline should have only offered airfares that would allow the use of the 5th night in the hotel roomTherefore I was under the impression the flight selected was for 3/and not 3/By offering the flight it means leaving well in advance of being able to use the hotel room for the nightTherefore Priceline was deceptive (giving an appearance or impression different from the true one; misleading.) Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Shocking...more lies and skirting the issue from Priceline There's a reason Priceline has entries on Ripoff Report, not to mention a whole twitter page dedicated to dissatisfied customers http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/priceline-com https://twitter.com/negotiatordead Yes, the consumer puts in the dates I put in the 7th and 9th That doesn't mean *their [redacted] sever didn't have a glitch and change the dates internally If you check my history, I had previous searches All were for the 7th to 9th I didn't magically decide the change it the 8th time More importantly, when I spoke to their outsourced "customer service rep" on the phone (whose English was unintelligible) I was directly told that it did not matter *when [redacted] I booked the new flight Merely that a new one had to be booked No mention was made that it *had [redacted] to be on new dates (and for the record, it doesn't...it makes no difference on their end) I would have *never [redacted] had the rep cancel the first flight if I was informed that the new flight could only be booked on different dates (which became far more expensive to do due to their lies and incompetence) Priceline directly promised me a refund and lied This company is a corrupt den of thieves and crooks Something needs to be done Sincerely, Andrew Henderson

Our record indicats that the reservation was cancelled and refunded back to the credit card account used to make the purchase on Jan 28, 2/23/ Complaint I was trying to reserve an hotel room on January 24,til january 25,2015, I went thru the process online but it set the check in time & date to 01-25-and had me to check in after 2pmNo conformation email was sent like there website said I should have received so I had know idea where I was going tryed call the # on website and could not get an answer,when I did get in touch with someone they were very rude and did not even try to help me get the money they took out of my account for the hotel I never even stayed in if someone can help I would be very thankful Desired Resolution All I want is my money returned to my bank account Consumer Business Dialog

Priceline conatcted [redacted] on behalf of the cosnuer and they have advised that they will allow the guest to keep the reservation with a 50% refund [redacted] stated that they have refunded $
