Trip Number: 17902709394 Customer or Passenger's Name: Laura Knuckles Issue: According to Laura Knuckles, she had quality issues with her reservation at the Quality Inn & Suites Wichita Falls, and upon checking out of the hotel after staying in the room for a short period of time was informed by the hotel staff that Priceline will handle the refund. Priceline contacted the hotel concerning the consumer’s claims, and Jared the Hotel Manager, informed priceline that he did not authorize a refund, further advising that the guest’s requested a refund after staying in the room for 2 hours. Additionally, the guests could not provide photos confirming the alleged claims nor provide a receipt indicating that they stayed at another hotel. The guests lived nearby and chose to return home rather than stay in another hotel.
