Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as I stated in my initial complaint, I had already indicated that we were selecting to upgrade from the smallest car to the larger car when we made reservations online with Priceline This was not a decision that was made in the [redacted] Rental office I believe that an error was made by Priceline in not adjusting our reservation online when we made the request to upgrade as we booked the airline ticket and the rental car Therefore, I am continuing to request that a refund be made to us in the amount requested because the offer to upgrade was provided while we were making online reservations, but the upgrade was never provided to the rental car company Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Date Sent: 8/20/4:31:PM Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I have never claimed I did not accept the flight, I have always claimed that Priceline pulled a bait-and-switch: I bid on one flight (a flight the weekend of my friends wedding), and Priceline showed me different flights for different days and different times, without making it obvious that it was a different day and time, AND even though I specifically clicked `DATES AND TIMES ARE NOT FLEXIBLE`At no point should I have seen alternative flight dates, because I did not say I was willing to see alternative flight dates.Priceline then claimed they have information that said I put in alternative flight dates, and had different browser sessions openI asked to see that information that showed I had different sessions open, and requested different sessionsI requested that information three timesPriceline failed to produce it three timesThe standard of proof for a bait and switch falls to the company, not the consumer, to prove that it did not occurPriceline has failed to prove it did not occur because they have not provided any information to back up their claims that I did anything other than what I have said I have doneThey have said they have documentation, but will not provide itI asked to see the information showing I had different sessions openThey did not produce itInstead, they produced a receipt that I did not disputeIt doesn`t matter if I accepted in a bait-and-switchIt matters that the company can prove it did notPriceline has not proved this.Unless this is settled through the Revdex.com or my other complaint through the ***, I will be suing to recoverJust a reminder, in small claims court, this will cost Priceline 3x as muchBecause of your lack of evidence to the contrary, I will win, and priceline will be out ~$instead of $300, plus the publicity that successful suit against Priceline`s unfair business practices will open Priceline to more suits.I look forward to your timely reply, otherwise I will see you in courtSincerely, [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I had to cancel a flightI called the company and was advised by a customer service agent that there is no problem as long as the person named on the ticket travels within one yearThe agent told me how much fee I had to pay for cancelling and that I had to pay the balance if the price for the new ticket is the sameI agreed and the agent provided me with a Trip Number and a "Case ID number" for the transaction on that same dayWhen I ready to buy the ticket, I called the company they said that I lost the money because the person did not travelThey were able to find all the information with the trip number but nobody knows this case ID number I was provided withNow the company has my money and I don't know what to do

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: A double room is not an upgrade according to my options when I purchased the roomI have attached an example of the screen that I purchased the tickets fromThe dates were chosen at random to simply demonstrate the options for purchasingcoincidentally, the rates and options in the attached screen shot are identical to the ones that were available when I purchased my ticketIn it you will notice the discrepancy between what I purchased and paid for and what I was givenHad I purchased the double room I would have saved approx 72$ (64$ + 8$ tax) and would have been in the same room that I was given It is also very important to note that, upon arrival at the hotel and after discussing my issue I was told that I did not receive a king bed because priceline did not include that in the reservation that they sent to the hotelSo had priceline sent them the correct info this would not have been a problem Sincerely, [redacted]

This is the most flagrantly dishonest cartel in the US It operates under a string of straw companies [redacted] , priceline.com, [redacted] ***, 86% of foreign hotel bookings are done through these racketeers Customers pend many hours searching these web sites without knowing it is all the same company They sell uninhabitable and overpriced rooms and once they get your credit card information, you will never get your money banks They are aided and abetted in their lucrative frauds by the credit card industry Incredible how notorious and audacious they are and the stock is sky high despite being steeped in fraud They cannot be contacted and so far have proven to be beyond the reach of the law But so was [redacted] Sooner or later they will be brought to justice, hopefully in 2017,
