We are writing to let you know that we have received your RevDex.com concern in our Executive Offices. As we understand, you canceled your reservation online due to illness and you would like to be refunded for the cancel fee. We have reviewed this concern and verified that you canceled your reservation online last March 19, 2015 and was charged for a one night cancel fee of $185.21. We contacted the hotel to request a refund of the cancel fee and they agreed to refund you in full. We processed a refund of the cancel fee in the amount of $185.21 back to the same card that was used to place the request. Your refund will be processed by our system within one business day and your bank will post the refund back to your account. Bank processing time varies so please check with them if you don't see the refund posted to your account within the next few days. Priceline did not stand behind my stay at the [redacted] at Eagle Crest First night was fine but next morning water was shut off and when came back on was very dirty That evening found out that room was not cleaned or made up Complained to [redacted] and Priceline and was offered 20% off That was not satisfactory and I will never go through Priceline again
