Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The car company did NOT send a car to us, we had to take a cab to pickup the car the following dayThe car company said they could NOT credit us as we booked and Paid thru pricelineWe called priceline the night of 01-19-and they did NOT offer any car from any other company NOR did they offer any solutionThe following day I contacted Priceline again and they said I would have to wait until the car was returned before they could give me any refundI returned the car earlyI had the car a total of 9days 1hr 41minI paid for 11daysI also booked hotels thru priceline, airline tickets and they don't care enough about customer service for a refund on day rental on a car since I was unable to GET the carI have read many other complaints about priceline after this happened to me They don't need anymore of my business Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: 9934536 I am rejecting this response because: You stated: "The baggage fees listed are not guaranteed and may change at the airline's discretion" I was informed I can carry 2 bags per passenger per your website. I was told by AA staff that the baggage policy had changed six months prior to me purchasing tickets. It is your responsibility to update your website and notify customers of any changes that occour. I am purchasing tickets through YOUR company not AA. It is your job to keep your website update to date with most accurate information. If policy changes it should not take your company 6 months to update information. I will be sharing my experience with the media, social websites, and all my family and friends.
