Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My name might have not been on the the Master Card, but my name does appear on the account Also, my wife, who is the primary cardholder, was right there at the rental car counter for pick-up I believe that PriceLine could have made an easy change to my wife's name PriceLine is the only business I have ever used on-line that when information entered for a credit card transaction does not agree with their policies (i.enames not matching), but the money is still taken and you are notified that the reserved product/transaction is confirmed, until you go to pick up the product and are told at that time that there was a problem "but you cannot have your money back."
