This is unacceptable For one, I don't think you even read the complaint For two, I received an immediate refund minus the fee seconds after your website malfunctioned charging me more that the agreed upon price Why should I pay a fee for your website malfunction? I agreed to a ticket You accepted a ticket and then charged me a ticket and want to charge me to cancel the transaction? Do you have an automated response to these kinds of things?
