I booked this trip for my sister traveling from out of the US and choose this hotel v/s others because it had free breakfastWhen she checked in they told her she does not have free breakfastI had other options for lower price and this one was chosen because it had warm breakfast and she didn't have to go out and search aroundShe is travelling alone with her childThe Priceline website for the *** Orlando was very deceptiveIt comes up as the first hotel and advertises in BIG GREEN BOLD of free breakfast twice on the pageFreebies: Includes breakfast for each morning of stay for adults and Freebies: Free Breakfast After this I click continue booking and takes you to the next page that says "included" after that you are taken to the payment detailsAfter my sister reached the hotel the hotel says she does not have free breakfastThe priceline.com customer service person on the call tells me although I see free breakfast everywhere, I did not choose the free breakfast optionI said I did not have the option, he said, you have to click at the bottom on a link that says show all rooms and they have free breakfastThis was very deceptive of priceline toshow

I am rejecting this response because: *** ***--- I would like you to know that FINALLY after the Revdex.com contacted the Priceline Group----they have decided to "investigate" my claims. After I explained to Priceline that I have, in my possession, a COMPLETE paper trail from the ORIGINAL CONFIRMATION letter---to the PAID RECEIPT---to the CANCELLATION FAX---- to the BANK STATEMENT displaying their ILLEGAL withdrawal of funds AFTER the CANCELLATION occurred. The fact of the matter is--- while they , Priceline, have AGREED to REFUND my $after holding my money since2/27/14--- THEIR OFFER is NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Due to their negligence, contract breach, THEFT of service/monies, and BLATANT REFUSAL to give any CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever------I had to year old family members and friends sleeping on floors and in rental cars. Priceline needs to take RESPONSIBILITY for their "SYSTEM ERROR" that caused this debacle and they need to come up with a "more suitable offer" than an EVEN MONEY REFUNDAfter a TWO MONTH BATTLE with their company----and it has been a BATTLE, they need to do MORE. I contacted their customer service agents--four of them to be EXACT on the DAY that this occurred, 4/12/14----and they REFUSED to give me a REFUNDIt was only after I included YOUR OFFICE , as well as, the Illinois State Attorney General's office in this dilemma that Priceline decided to change their tune. I explained to the last customer service agent that I spoke to on 4/12/from Priceline that," if SHE DID NOT rectify the situation IMMEDIATELY---- or REFUND my money, in its' entirety"---- that an EVEN MONEY EXCHANGE WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED-----she had NO RESPONSE to my statement. After the last NINE days of "SEVERAL EMAILS" and pleas for PHONE NUMBERS for Priceline Executives which I NEVER received--- I have been notified that Priceline was going to FINALLY REFUND my $to my card---HOWEVER----that is NOT EVEN CLOSE TO FAIR--OR RIGHT----OR JUST! They made my family SLEEP ON FLOORS after a hour, mile car ride---- when I asked them "how much that would be worth to them?-----I received NO RESPONSE." I had to purchase another room---out of pocket to cover the three rooms that Priceline cancelled without notice---- they need to make a "BETTER OFFER" than EVEN MONEY-----quite frankly after stealing from me---- accusing me of "fabricating this story"--- and holding my refund "hostage"---they SHOULD do moreTheir company has BILLION DOLLARS worth of holdings---- they can do more than even money for my AGGRAVATION that THEY caused and REFUSED to deal with until two months later.
