bundled. This allows the suppliers to provide discounted pricing without

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I did purchase my tickets online! I spoke with a representative who mispelled my name when writing it in the systemHe correctly spelled my name when repeating it back to me on the phone but did not write it down the same wayI don't know if he held the "t" key down for too long or if he really didn't understand what I was saying.
He obviously spelled my name correct when I gave him my email address! Why didn't he think "hmm there are two different spellings of the same name, let me ask her which one is correct." He NOT TRAINED correctly and because of this have started the trainwreck that we are now dealing with!
Please have this matter fixed ASAP!
