I am rejecting this response because: I spoke to *** and informed him of the following; When I spoke to *** on 8/a representative of Priceline, I asked her to forward me a copy of this policy, which again it is not stated anywhere that I was not entitled to a full refund the dayFurther, the hotel and Priceline were immediately contacted after I accidentally booked a hotel I didn't needI sent Priceline a copy of their cancellation policy they forwarded to me, and my telephone records showing that I dialed *** ***, and PricelineI tried to resolve the matter then and at a later timer via telephone, and then sent a letter thereafterI do believe that because I called Priceline and *** ***, I shouldn't be charged a no-show fee, I can obviously prove this Most importantly, I asked Priceline to forward me their documents, which when I looked it over no where on there does it state NO refunds if a hotel is booked after 12pm local timeAdditionally, if they have several different cancellation policies wouldn't that fall under some sort of advertising? I have waste time and energy trying to resolve this matter, therefore at this point I will only accept a FULL refund.

I used to love Priceline and used it every time I travel, here recently I have had this issue and stopped booking with them but thought I would try more time and what a mistake that wasSo I am going through the available hotels and I find one go through the process of putting in my info and billing info and hit submitOf course it happens again error msg "oops there was a problem with your booking please check your credit/debit card and try again" well from previous experience with this error msg I don't try again because I know the money is now pending and if I would have tried again it would have tried to push the charge through again and again and againEach time you try again the transaction processes yes it's pending I understand it's going to be placed back in my account in 3-business days but here's the problem I call customer service they say there was no rooms available for that date at that hotel you picked ok I've had that problem and usually it will say this deal is gone not there was a problem with my cardIf the date wasn't available then why would it charge my card at all why not say this deal is gone like it usually doesThey are no help when it comes to this issue and now once again I'm stuck just waiting on this money to be placed back into my accountWhatever they have done to the system they need to take a look into this because this is not just inconvenient but it's not ok that they can process a transaction and even have the money pending periodI have started using *** don't like it as much as I did Priceline but at least I don't have these issues with my money being held for no reason and they give the same excuse every time and of course it's not them it's my financial institutions faultSo which is it there was a problem with my card info no cause the charge is pending, the room I picked is unavailable for the date I picked no because the same deal is there, it's my financial institution they denied it well why the money is there and all my info was correct, or Priceline has a problem with there system that they need to look into and take care of because this is not rightJust imagine you book a room for a week through Priceline and this happens And it's $and your leaving for this vacation Friday it's weds Monday is a holiday ohh well sorry it will be placed back in your account in 3-business days that's just not an ok answerThey need to do something with this issue and do something quickly

Customer Service to cancel and rebook and stated our agent agreed to cancel the
reservation and was advised he would see a refund within business daysSince
he did not receive the refund, he contacted Customer Service again and noticed
an email stating that he could not get a refund for the reservationThe
customer is requesting for a full refund of the reservation
The case was reviewed by an Executive
Services Agent who determined it was a valid agent error, and refunded the

cancellation and to please allow 3-days for the refund to appear back to his

I am sure you could easily see that this is a very standard saved response that people use for cases like travel insurance complaintBut if you have really read my e-mail, you will see that the "COVERAGE" is not the main subject that I am complaining about, it's how customers are treated when they are trying utilize this insurance that they purchaseI am complaint because I had to wait through a very long scam-filled waiting tone telling me that I have won several vacations to the exotic tropic island and in the end of all these messages, I was told the number was changed. I contacted Priceline about this horrible experience and they told me to contact the insurance agency myselfBut since this is the insurance agency they contracted, wouldn't Priceline reach out to the insurance company itself to resolve this issue? If I am building a house and have problem with my wiring, I will tell my builder, and my builder wouldn't tell me to go talk to the electrician myself! They've contracted the electrician, they will solve this problem
They gave me a standardized answer, and when I wrote back and asked Priceline to really read my e-mail and THEN replyThey replied with a more specific response and said they would contact the hotel to see if they could make an exceptionI called Priceline two days later, and they told me no one has contacted the hotel for meIt was overall a very disappointing experience. This is the reason I am rejecting this responseI had a bad experienceI took the time to write it down, and just got an almost automatic reply, with them emphasizing customers always come firstNoThey do not. Priceline spends huge money on their advertisement and pinch every penny out of their customers and after treating them like dirt they responded with an e-mail telling the customers how much they appreciate their feedbackDo you? Please stop this charade and just READStop saying you will take care of your customers and then tell them there's nothing they can do to help me. At this point, I'm not trying to cancel the hotel any more, but simply tell them what a horrible insurance company they have contractedAnd all Priceline's response was e-mailing me the coverage plan over and over again
