I am rejecting this response because:I did not want a car I already had a car rented and was waiting to pick it up I was bored early in the morning at the airport in *** waiting to pick up my Flight Car car and I wanted to see how their rate compared to the going rate in *** I had absolutely no reason to rent another car I had no intent to rent a car Your software at best was unclear and misleading for the mobile user and at worst has defects that caused a reservation to be made off of a comparison list This supposed contract was created from a defective website It is not legal or ethical to create non-legit contracts and steal people's money

The document they have provided was never provided to meThe advertisement that I relied on to select my hotel room did not contain the no cancellation policy they are claimingAdditionally, when you use priceline you do not initial any where in the agreementI would submit that the document they have provided was never presented to me in the booking process nor did I initial that document creating a contract with themI have included the link to my confirmed itinerary through pricelineIn the first line of the confirmation it explains that I will be charged if I do not notify the hotel or not cancel my reservationThis would logically lead one to believe that you have the option to cancelThe link I have provided with the confirmation from Priceline does not contain a "no cancellation policy"Every time I contact Priceline they rest on the document they have sent youI would like to reiterate that I did not sign that document nor does the document I was given by Priceline contain that same language.

I'm also satisfied that Price line owned up to the causing this issue & because of that & with this compensation, my faith in Price line has been restored The one thing I will note is that the night auditor called Price line but all she could get, was a recording I'm not sure if no one was there that late or what but she just couldn't seem to speak to anyone, no matter what option she chose Again, I'm very satisfied with this resolution & look for to resuming business with Price line in the future

I am rejecting this response because: this is a response I have already received I was never after a refund I was told to report to the Revdex.com was only way To reach excutive service teams by a Priceline Agent What I want is for Priceline to define what a 3-star "upscale" hotel would be defined as and to answer if the hotel *** *** would be define as "Upscale" and meet criteria Because it is fraudulent even for "name your own price bids" to provide a hotel that does not meet the definition of a star rating when that definition is star upscale Priceline needs to make a way for customers to file concerns about properties that are clearly not in compliance It would make customers more trusting of priceline's great service

If Priceline had been able to offer this solution the night of our hotel stay, we would gladly have acceptedOur main issue isn't so much the hotel anymore, as it is Priceline's utter disregard for their customersWe also filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs, and I can assure you that ours is not the only one of its naturePriceline is recognized as having the worst customer serviceThe fact that the customer has no ability to speak with a manager, or anyone in the United States for that matter, is unacceptableI worked in customer service for yearsWe were taught that customers come first (not necessarily that they're always right), not the businessPriceline seems to believe that their relationships with the businesses they partner with are far more valuable than their relationships with their customersIf this continues, Priceline won't be in business too much longerOur main issue now is with Priceline and their (lack of) customer serviceTheir representatives are rude, although that's no doubt due to the lack of authority they haveWe came to the Revdex.com looking for a full refund from Priceline, and that's what we still seekWe will certainly not be using them againThanks for your time
