I am rejecting this response because:
When contacting *** *** * *** *** about each of these separate issues the answer I received from them was that they couldn't do anything because it was Priceline's policy not there policy. Either way you received my money and deposited it and I am not getting any services rendered at all. I have used Priceline about times in a year and a half for vacations to *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.

I am rejecting this response because: You use reputable hotels to blanket unknown hotels, this is a deceitful business practice in my opinionWhy doesn't Priceline publish a list of ALL the possible hotels one might get with that deal? We have never heard of this hotel at all, but the one's you had published or listed, we were familiar withIt's like saying you may get a Ford, a Chrystler, a Honda, or a Toyota, but once you put in your information and credit card number and hit enter, you end up with a KiaWouldn't you be disappointed? Upon visiting the website to confirm that a locations are listed as off-airport pickup, I have discovered that this is the caseHowever, off-airport pickup should not be featured on a website titled AirportRentalCars.com unless it is stated that additional fees may apply to get to these locationsThis is and misleading advertising that hurts customersAlso, the location of the rental facility is not revealed to the customer as miles from the airport but miles from the city centerThis is also misleading to the customerAdditionally, my husband made this reservation and said that it never said that our pickup location was an off-airport locationThe company subsequently lied to us as we would have never made the reservation that had been so far away from the airport.

I am rejecting this response because: They do not admit that the selections available are indeed misleading and have caused a significant impact in my vacation
I do not think it is right for Priceline to trick you into staying in a location you do not want. I do see what they are saying and have looked at the map and see that there is an area of shaded area that skirts out away from the *** to include this hotelThis is not good business and is very deceitfulYes, I should have looked closer at the map, but honestly even if I had I'm not sure that I would have done anything differently. The fact that I am booking a hotel says that I am not familiar with location and when I check a box that says *** *** *** it seems reasonable that I am selecting hotel options on the ***When you consider further that I did not check the box that says Near *** *** *** it makes even more sense that I would reasonably assume that I would be staying in a hotel on the ***I am traveling to *** *** for the *** *** experience and increased my bid accordingly because it was worth it to me to pay more to be in the middle of the action. If my plan was to stay in a hotel off the *** that doesn't even have a casino in it you can imagine I would have lowered my bid considerably.
I am sure nothing will ever come of this but it is very sad that Priceline is not willing to even admit that what they have done is wrong and deceitful and will make no attempt to fix it. It should not be ok to have you check a box that says on the *** and then give you a hotel that is not on the *** I am a reasonable person and understand that I assume a level of risk when bidding on hotels and might not be thrilled with the outcome. This has actually happened in the past and I never said a thing because it happens. This however is different, I am out a considerable amount of money to stay at a hotel that was not even close to being what I selectedYes, I get that they have their out but it doesn't change the fact that it is misleading. I am the only one that will pay, ruined vacation and out the cash

2) The statement that "Priceline doesn't charge you a change or cancellation fee" is deceptiveThe *** *** Hartford cancellation policy is:
Cancellation Policy: Cancel before 4PM hotel time on to avoid a chargeTherefore it appears Priceline is pocketing the first night chargeThe hotel has "Best Value" rate that cannot be cancelled Obviously that is not the rate I purchased as there is no 3-day leeway referred to by PricelineThese discrepancies demonstrate poor business practices and I would caution anyone against using their services
