and determined that you were advised accordingly prior to flight departure that

only option was placing the tickets on-hold and pay a $per ticket
rebooking fee, $per ticket priceline service fee, and any possible fare
difference
Even when you did not opt to place the tickets on hold
prior to flight departure and at which point the airlines has tagged you as

the airlines to request for an exception to re-open the tickets to allow

This is a flat out LIEThe charges were FINALLY released LATE afternoon on the 26TH b/c I had to call into your customer service line, be lied to by one customer service rep, demand to speak to a manager - a very rude manager who FINALLY called my bank on 3-way to get them to take the charges off I have no idea how you can tell someone their card is rejected, then CHARGE them SIX times with NO reservation, then have your customer service reps LIE to them about how you have to wait days to get the money back I had to be really ugly on the phone just to get MY money back, which is very sad TERRIBLE business practices from your company!!!!! This caused me so much stress on top of having to go to a funeral on Saturday

I was aware of the fees on my booking. This does not answer the allegations of the complaint and doesn't even address it. The problem is with the Express deals through Priceline having higher fees for a room the exact same price as a regular booking through Priceline. Priceline misleads customers to think they are getting a better deal by booking an Express deal. The rate for the room is less, however, the fees are far higher than if you were to book a room of the same price on the website that is at the rate. I do not know how I can be more clear in my complaint, as my previous complaint appeared clear as well, yet your response did not even touch on why the fees are higher for Express bookings than the regular bookings on your site. I think this is purposely done to mislead customers into thinking they are paying less, when in reality they are paying about the same price

As I stated in my conversations with Priceline.com I read that page and was under the impression since I was bidding on a 4-star hotel the resort fees didn't apply to me since resorts weren't included in my bid and are categorized differently by priceline: ***
It was then pointed out to me that another section the contract page states that I may be upgraded within my hotel category OR booked on a resort despite my selection of hotelBetween the two clauses of the contract page having to work in tandem to bring mandatory fees in play I just missed.
My feeling is that though they have their selves technically covered by their contract page they are being intentionally deceiving - and they got meI don't think it should require a lawyer to book a hotel online particular when they could just be more upfront with the information
They have these fees quantified in the lower section of the contract page with a maximum of $per nightWhy not just include another line in the cost section of the contract page titled "Potential additional fees that could be required by the hotel" and put the total there (which would change depending on the amount of nights being bookedTo me hiding this number down in the fine print of the contract page is intentional deception and I feel deceived
