You simply highlighted documents and thanked me for bringing this to your attentionI would like a refundI understand the logistics of how Name Your Own Price worksMy biggest complaint was not the parking feeMy biggest complaint was the fact you rated this hotel as a star and it was not in the least a star hotelA for sureBut my complaint is with the type of hotel I received PLUS the fact I paid more for the hotel than their nightly rate for that eveningYour site averaged star *** in that area at per night and so I bid $The hotel I was given, although rated as a star on your site, was a star most other sites AND the price for that evening was $So not only could I have gotten the hotel cheaper by going directly to the site, the room accommodations were not of a star hotelWhich is a complaint I've seen multiple times about your siteI've used *** in the past as well as Priceline for this feature and generally have had good luckNothing to ever complain about, but this time was a complete disappointmentNot to mention my hotel room was so small that I could barely fit my friends suitcase, my overnight bag, and have room to walk.
The bathroom was the same wayI am of average height/weight 5'lbsand when sitting on the toilet to use the facilities my body was squished up against the sinkThe toilet paper was on the same exact side as my squished body, so explain to me how that is stars? Explain to me how I paid for night at a hotel that I had to get off the toilet to get toilet paper and wipe myself because there was sufficient room to do it sitting like star ***? It's not stars at least not the room, or should I say closet, I was givenThe front desk, although polite, was very adimate that Priceline customers are only reserved in one bed rooms, even though they had the availabilityI know your site states that it is up to the *** discretion, however, the hotel had the availability and bed room availableThe hotel purposefully placed us in the "closet" room because we used PricelineHad Priceline rated this hotel at the appropriate 3-star's that it is, I would have never gotten this hotel in the first placeYou can't tell me the *** Hotel is comparable to the *** or the *** *** ***?? Because those are also stars on your siteBut a nice *** search proves more than half of the other sites list the *** as a star hotel, while the others I mentioned are true star ***And even your site has this hotel with under 8.0/from customers who have been there.
I was baited and switched into thinking I was getting a nice star hotel in *** *** and was sold at best a star closetI would like my money refunded

I wanted to change my flight due to a family emergencyFirst, the automated system took minutes to recognize my trip numberI repeatedly typed in the number and the system actually disconnected my call onceThis was minutes of my work day that was wastedOnce I reached a customer service member, they told me that it would be financially better to cancel and rebook a new flight through a different serviceThey were uncaring of my needs or reasonsSo, I asked to speak to a supervisorThey forwarded me to a senior customer service representative who repeated exactly what was said by the other customer service representative and was uncaring about my wasted hour at this pointI asked to speak to an individual above them and she continued to tell me that there was no-one above her and she had no supervisor or bossAfter calling her out on that obvious lie, she put me on hold once more for minutes to speak to her supervisorOnce I spoke to this supervisor, all she could say was "I understand." No help was given and I am now booking an entirely new flight through a different booking companyAn hour and a half of my work day was wasted on unforgiving and unhelpful customer representativesI will happily give my money to a new company

It is their stated price matching policy and the cheaper price was found on their own website, not a competitors website. I sent them a screen capture of their own website with the price and the date clearly legible. This should take a few days, not several weeks to resolve. If they have no intention of matching their own prices then they should remove their "price match guarantee" from their website. It is advertising clear and simple. Furthermore, while on the phone with a representative of their company, he put me on hold to "check the pricing" and while on hold the offer "magically" disappeared from the screen, but I had already taken a picture of it.
