Upon review of your inquiry, we have confirmed that when
you callto request your refund in accordance with our price guarantee, the
same exact flights were not available on the web page that you indicated to the
Customer Service Agent for a lower fare.
The Best Price Guarantee terms and conditions outlined on
the priceline.com web site indicate that the lower rate must be available for the
exact same itinerary in order for the guarantee to apply
The documentation between you and the chat agent indicate
that the same flights were not available at a lower rate on the web site you
advised. You then indicated that you
then wanted to cancel the reservation so you could book the flights on the site
you were looking at during the conversation.
You then stated that you decided not to cancel the reservation, and
would call and speak with a supervisor the next day. The chat agent advised you that the fare
rules on the ticket you purchased indicated that it could only be cancelled and
refunded up to 11:29PM ET on Wednesday Sept10, 2014. The chat conversation ended after that
information was provided
The documentation in your reservation indicates that on
9/10/you did call and again requested the Best Price Guarantee. Both representatives indicated that the
flights you booked with priceline were not listed at a lower rate on the web
page you provided. Therefore the Best
Price Guarantee was not applied We have
again confirmed that the first representative you spoke with did indeed advise
that the reservation could be cancelled and refunded; however, you declined the
option to cancel

I am rejecting this response because: I have no doubt that the *** Hotel & Spa is a star hotel, but it is not a Hotel CasinoYou have missed the hole point of my complainThe Priceline.com tricks people by not providing with the option/choice of selecting between stars Hotel & Casino and just a stars Hotels or Hotels & Spas
Based on the information you have sent me by email, you have missed the main point or maybe you are unaware of the price differences between just a stars hotel, a stars hotel & spas and a stars hotel and casinoAnd based on this price difference, priceline.com uses its trick and any time a customer choose a stars hotel option to book a room for a stars hotel and casino, they provide the costumer with a stars hotel & spas just to fill their pocket
If priceline.com is a really legitimate business and has no purpose of fooling people, they would have a clear selection steps with more options on their Web site so that customers like me could follow a clear search with clear and more options to select from
just to give you and example to understand what I mean:
Let say I am whole selling apples on my Web site and customer goes to my web site and bid to buy apple as you know we have different grades of apples (grade 1, 2, 3..) and also different type of apples (*** *** *** *** *** ***, etc...)Now you go on my Web site and put your bid to buy the grade *** *** apple which is more expensive than the grate *** apple and you have only on option for the grade apple (no option to select the type of apple), in this case if I am a unfair business person, instead of providing you with your wishes which was the grade *** *** apple, I would provide you with a grade *** apple to make more money for myself.
In this case you cannot do anything because you have agreed with my posted contract and put your initial on itWhat do you think? Do you think you will be happy about itAm I a trustworthy person?
