Booked nights in virgina beach and when I got down there,they cancelled the reservation on me without notice.They also never refunded my money and had to use what vacation money I had on me to get the last room after a hour drive.Called them about situation and was getting the run around until I mentioned I was gonna file a fraud lawsuit due to the fact they're selling services then canceling them and keeping money without notififying customer.When I asked why it got cancelled their response was the 3rd party booking agent was having issues with hotel/or couldnt get the room for priced advertised.Then why are they listing prices they cant honor.Had no problem keeping my money and to date still havent gotten refund.Have a fraud/dispute claim on them through credit card.So buyer beware

Thank you for getting a response from PricelineIn their response they state "In this case the consumer selected a reservation that provided greater savings and less flexibility." If this were the case, I could understand the policy However, the reservation I received was exactly the same as the published rate, there was no savings what so ever I used the "Express Savings" option, which advertises at least 40% savings I recieved 0% savings Why would a consumer give up flexibility with no benefit? I wouldn't I expected to get a savings from using this option and thus giving up flexibility but did not receive a savings Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, Sherry Washburn

Complai [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are lying when they said they contacted the hotel We ( [redacted] and I together) and talked to the very person (Nancy) that the rep from Price Line "said" he spoke to and she told us that was not what she had told him! Also, I tried to cancel my stay within the time period and their phone system would not let me in They said I canceled at 12:01pm and their cutoff was at 12:I had been trying for hours to cancel I also spoke this so called rep for minutes complaining and trying to get some answers and it was only about 12:when we concluded So I know I canceled before the 12:time frame that they claimed I did I would warn anyone from using this disreputable company as they lie and manufacture ways to keep your money Sincerely, [redacted]
