I just wanted to update my complaint I filed for priceline.comI'm sorry I do not have the complaint numberThe issue was resolvedI was told there was no exceptions and I was being charged a fee since the hotel would charge them a feeI called the hotel and the hotel said they can cancel the reservation with no fees or penalties to me or priceline.comI called back and informed them of this and they called the hotel and verified the cancellation had happenedThey told me I would be refunded so I called the bank to update themThey recommended that I wait until I see a refund before canceling since they would deduct the money they gave me back and if I wasn't refunded the process would have to restart all over I am happy and relieved this issue has been resolved but it was a very long and stressful proccess to get to this point Thank youRespectfully, [redacted]

I made a reservation on Priceline and called to confirm about having a credit card and how much the security deposit isI was told that the credit card was just to verify the name on the drivers licenseAlso, I bought the rental under my name and placed my boyfriend as the driverWhen we get to the rental place, they would NOT give us a rental car because they wanted my boyfriends credit card, and they would not take mineThen when I called they would not transfer the name to mine so I could use my credit cardSo, I received NO CAR and NO refund, they literally just took my moneyIf I received no car then I deserve my money backI paid no nothing
