The cancellation policy is ridiculous I booked room for nights for a softball tournament When the schedule changed and I no longer needed the first night, I tried to change the reservation They were going to let me keep the first night and cancel the second Their reasoning was because the hotel was sold out and they didn't think they could resell the room for the first night So I asked to cancel both nights with a full refund Surely with the tournament going on and the hotel already being sold out, reselling the room wouldn't be a problem, right? Wrong! So now I guess we'll just keep both rooms and in the future NEVER us a booking site again because $100+ for a [redacted] doesn't seem like a big enough savings I'd just rather book directly through the hotel who's cancellation policy is in advance PS I tried to change my reservation days in advance
