Beware booking online with this company I booked a hotel room through Priceline, but decided to cancel within 24-hours of making the reservation When I received the confirmation email the next morning with the hotel's cancellation information front and center, I called them and canceled.lingNever did Priceline make it clear that a cancellation could not be made and that the reservation was non-refundableI was shocked when I received my bill and found charges for over $to Priceline on it! It was only then that Priceline's representative in the Philippines made Priceline's nonrefundable policy clear, saying that I had initialed that I agreed(Don't remember that, and have read similar complaints by others online about this little deceptive trick.) After an ordeal of making repeated calls to my credit card company, the hotel to collect information, and Priceline, I received word that I would get the refund, but I have been burned! The hotel manager said that other customers had had similar issues such as mine Lesson learned: deal directly with the vendor, not Priceline!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] Priceline is failing to acknowledge that they canceled the reservation When I called the Credit card company about the matter they advised me that I had to deal with Priceline since I was told by Priceline that the ticket was nonrefundable, I went to the airport on February 12, to take my flight to [redacted] and was not able to access the flight due to the action of PricelinePriceline received Payment for the flight from the Credit Card Company and probably resold the two tickets for [redacted] because the flight was full Priceline intent was accomplished because they made twice as much on the same ticketsI will like them to refund my $for the two tickets that me and my wife could not use due to Priceline Cancelation of same
