I have
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
When I contacted PNC they stated that the account was years behind and in active foreclosureWhen asked if they could provide me with another letter stating the account had been paid in full I was informed that they never sent any such letter as the account was in fact not paid in fullI have since found the letter and attached itPNC needs to review the attachments and change the status of the account accordinglyThey have done more than enough damageENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!Regards,

Tell us why here...I spoke to Ms*** on March 3, We discussed her deposit of a fraudulent checkI explained when a check is from an unknown source it is best to not access the funds until the check has cleared the financial institution on which it is drawnI asked if she filed a
police reportShe stated she had filed a police reportI advised the police would investigate the fraud claim, not the bankI also explained that checks do not have protection against fraud like a credit card has through ***We discussed that though PNC attempts to assist our customers in identifying possible fraudulent items at the time of deposit, most are difficult to identify until they are presented to the bank on which they are drawnI explained that ultimately the financial liability of the deposited check is hersI advised no further action can be taken by PNC, and again advised her best option is to work with the police department and their investigation of her claim

Please accept this as an acknowledgement of receipt of the above-referenced inquiryPNC Bank has referred it to its affiliated broker-dealer PNC Investments, LLC for review and resolution directly with the customerThank you for bringing this matter to our attentionSincerely, *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***
First, I would like to thank PNC Bank for their cooperation in assiting me in my
questions, so we both have a understanding of where we are at. I am here to assist PNC Bank in any way that I can. I have attached the first page of the Deed of Trust for quick reference
To resolve my complaint I am requesting PNC Bank review the Loan Agreement and the Deed of Trust. Please let me know if I am correct in what I am saying below
The original borrower applied for the line of credit alone, but the underwriter required an additional signature (me) to quickly to secure the loan. The problem with this is that I am not legally a borrower, but legally a guarantor (non-titled borrower) on the line of credit. The names on the Deed of Trust are condered the borrowers for credit reporting since they are required to make payments.
To report a guarantor to the credit bureu, the loan MUST be in default and the guarantor notified of the collteral (Deed of Trust) being foreclosed. If their is a balance due after the sforclosure due to the bank, the bank will coordinate with the guarantor for payment. If the guarantor fails to make payment, then the bank has the right to report the non-payment to the credit agencies and even garnishment of wadges.
Is this the correct procedure?
If so, I want PNC Bank to esponge the negitive credit history and provide me reports from the 3 credit agencies showing the action has been resolved. After this, I will close my complaint
Regards,
*** ***
