I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Contrary to what the company claims, I was explicitly told that the life of the loan would not be extended in any way This was one of the reasons I accepted the company's initial offer for a loan modificationFurther, the notarized acceptance of the terms was due to the company's claim that if we did not accept the offer immediately and within the very short time frame given, that our house would be foreclosed onThis was the very first time that we had seen the modification terms in writing, and two weeks is a grossly insufficient amount of time for us to meet with our *** Legal advisor to go over the contractIn addition, I called numerous times to the single point of contact assigned to me by the company to request additional time to review the contract and our legal options after seeing the changed terms, but like all of the other attempts to contact the company, I only received a voicemail system and my messages were not returnedWe felt undue pressure to avoid the threatened foreclosure because it would directly affect my security clearance in the ***, and would likely result in my terminationAnd again to reiterate, we accepted the company's offer of a modification because we were told it would make the mortgage more affordable and that the life of the loan would not be extendedThe loan ended up being less affordable, resulted in a higher amount than at origination, and the loan life was extended contrary to what was explicitly told us.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I did receive the deposit back after weeksHowever, I have had plenty of additional expenses because of it and did not receive a reimbursment for itLet's keep in mind that this was a fraudulent encashment of
my check by PNC bank and it was caused by an error in PNCs policy and proceduresTo prove my point I am attaching a 2nd check ( doesn't require reimbursement ) which is written out to "*** ***" , which
was also cashed by PNCThey basically cash ALL check they receive - regadless of the payeeThat cant be legal in the United States
So my additional expenses were:
USD temporary load
USD UPS overnight fees
USD notary fees
USD fax fees
Total USD expenses
In additional I called Mr *** *** around times, I called the PNC treasury department times, PNC Operations , *** *** Customer service, *** *** Fraud Department , *** *** Customer relations etc etcto a total of around hours phone time I kindly request reimbursement for time and expenses.
Any proof that PnC is changing the policy and procedure around lockbox checks would be great , too.
Thank you
