Review: Ok let first begin by saying im very disappointed in PNC bank services. and feel that I will be taking my banking else where. Because the customer service is very poor. On 11/13/2014 at freaky 6pm or 7pm Some stupid so called pnc collection agency calls me asking me first off for my social security number. I told him no and why would pnc freaky be callin me at 7 pm at night. he was like I have nothing to do with that sir. and got all rude with me. so we went back and fourth very poor services. and I know banks close at 430pm to 500pm. so first off if your pnc why are u calling me at that hour people got familys and stuff to do. Then once he hangs up on me I called pnc customer service line to make a formal complaint and she was also very rude to me. She would not Try and let me speak with a manger and she went on and on. so I didnt get to make a complaint. so im looking to move my service else where unless they do something to satify me for my trouble that they cause. this is un called for and will not be accepted . im really mad at this point.Desired Settlement: Settlement will be determined when im contacted by PNC bank.

Review: [redacted], the person in charge on my case DOES NOT return phone calls. My third party left MANY MANY messages to him and his supervisor. I cannot get a straight answer from this bank in reference to my loan modification. I do not know if they need more papers for my file or not. [redacted] did not call on 10 23 2014, his collector [redacted] called only about WHEN they will receive a payment for the loan. He tried to call the 3rd party ONCE on Saturday the 10 25 2014 after about 100 calls/messages left to him. I do not know where I stand with the loan modification. I do not know if I need to submit more papers for this file or not.Desired Settlement: I want phone calls returned PROMPTLY. I need people who can ANSWER and resolve questions. The [redacted] number is useless, they cannot provide you with any information. They just transfer you back to the answering machine. What's the purpose of this phone number if you cannot get any information and the representatives NEVER call back. It is amazing the way the customer service works at this bank that they have not had HUNDREDS of complaints.

Review: I made a deposit at this location. I have a deposit slip and a receipt of all of the checks deposited. My deposit was made November 30th. I received a letter saying that they lost one check, they are debiting that amount from my check until I can find out what happened to it or call the insurance company and prove that it was cashed. When I reminded them that the deposit would have never gone through unless all checks are present and that I would have NEVER been issued a receipt unless the same was true and that it is their problem, they said sorry and I need to do the leg work. I have been a customer for 31 years and they treated my horribly...like I was a stranger and that this was my duty to unravel for them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to find the lost check (they admit it was their error) and deposit the funds back into my account
