I would like to recommend the MORRIS JENKINS company as a great service provider for air and heating needs. We have been using them for at least 6 years.We always get courteous, prompt, quality service. Today My technician was Tony H. He was prompt, friendly, and proffessional. I am always happy with their service.

Bobbie D. was excellent! He unfortunately had to come out 2 days in a row due to my specific issue, but he was prompt both times, he fully explained everything in detail to me and answered all of my questions. I feel very confident in the work done and know I can rely on this company!

Michael *** came for a repair late in the evening on 11/15/17. He was very professional and very thorough. He kept us posted on what he needed to do, when he was testing, and when he was finished. Would highly recommend him and Morris-*** for heat service and repairs.

Thomas *** was the Tech that came to our house. He was excellent. Definitely knows his stuff. He sets the bar for service and personality. I felt very confident that he was doing a great job and was not trying to sell me any repairs or services that I didn't need. I will cont to use MJ for service on my HVAC system solely because of my experience with Mr.!

I was very satisfied with Morris Jenkins. Had a heating problem on a freezing cold Sunday and technician *** came out same day and diagnosed the problem immediately. A sensor needed to be replaced he had to order the part but was able to get my heat temporarily running.

Technician Joseph G came and did our winter check today. He was on time, very professional and thorough. He told told us what preventive measures we needed to take to extend the life of our unit & to prevent future costly repairs. He was very helpful!

Shawn E and his team of M(first day with the company) and Tony were excellent in providing an installation of a main water line, changing valves to increase water temperatures, and increasing water pressure. He took the time to explain things, made sure we understood options, and was very considerate within the premises not to damage anything. They were innovative in correcting some issues that were present and difficult to repair. I would trust them in any plumbing situation we have. Morris *** is expensive, but worth it. To give you an idea of how they went above and beyond, they had to dig up the yard where the new pipe would be installed. The pieced of equipment to do the excavating hadn't shown up, so they dug it by hand. Amazing work. As I said to them, "If you think it is expensive hiring a professional, then wait until you hire an amateur, and have to revisit the situation to resolve an issue." came out to do an assessment of why our water temperature and pressure was low. He was great at assessing the situation, diagnosing, and providing options. Very informative and not attempting to sell us something that we didn't need. He spent time with us to find the proper solution and then scheduled it for installation. He was very considerate and mindful of the house and didn't damage anything while performing his discovery. I would have *** help us in the future with anything plumbing related.

Matthew B initially helped us with one of our plumbing issues. We had a bad sulfur smell and reduced temperatures. He cleaned our hot water tank and pipes with chlorine and installed a booster to the tank after reconfiguring some pipes that were causing water temperatures and pressure to be reduced. Matthew was excellent as all of the technicians and specialists have been from MJ. He explained everything, attempted to provide the most economical solution, and gave great counseling of options. I would trust Matthew to help with any plumbing situation.

Tony Williams provided great customer service including the explanation about the process. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

Joseph came out to my house to perform a Furnace check as part of the services offered with my Priority Advantage membership. He was on time, very professional and very friendly. On top of that he was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way I could understand. He suggested a few fixes that would help better maintain our systems and had my wife and I laughing the whole time. I will be requesting Joseph to come out and do my service checks from now on and would recommend him and Morris-Jenkins to anyone who is need of HVAC or Plumbing services.

Serviceman Thomas H. just gave our heating system a checkup. This gentleman was courteous and so knowledgeable that I was greatly impressed with him. He was very honest and up front with us and really earned our respect and gratitude. I definitely wouldn't hesitate calling him again the next time we need service.

Very knowledgeable and professional as are all Morris Jenkins technicians I have had the pleasure to work with.

We have been a Morris Jenkins customer for years. Today was the first time we have tried their new plumbing department. We had a broken water pipe under our home. They sent their specialist out and even though I did not like the findings (which was no fault of theirs) I never once doubted his findings or his solutions. He was respectful and professional. All around knowledgeable and won't hesitate to have them do the repair work.

Our service technician Seth D was courteous and knowledgeable on our last service appointment. He promptly repaired a problem that occurred with our a/c unit the same day.
