Morris-Jenkins

Our tech's name was Tanner. He was one of the best techs we have experienced with Morris Jenkins. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. We felt comfortable and confident that he was doing a great job and was not trying to sell us on any repairs or services that were not necessary or needed. We will continue to use MJ for service on our HVAC system and hope we are able to continue to work with Tanner.

We are Priority Advantage Customers and recently had our service for our heater/seasonal tune-up. Travis was great! Arrived promptly/on time and worked quickly. He even answered questions I wouldn't have known to ask - great technician! Would highly recommend!!

Jordan came to my home to complete an earlier service call which was curtailed due to rain. He arrived right on time, had a very nice professional appearance. He spent quite some time checking and cleaning my heating system thoroughly. He noted a site of potential future trouble, explained what it was and what to expect if the part malfunctions. I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to working with this company in the future

We had a wonderful experience with Jon S from Morris Jenkins. He was so friendly and unbelievably thorough in explaining issues with our furnace. He took pictures while in our attic to share with us. He then took the time to show us issues based on the pictures vs. the installation manual. He explained things in terms that I could understand. I felt like he was honest and truly had our best interest in mind. His knowledge and passion for his career was evident. We will definitely choose Morris Jenkins in the future and will request Jon if that is possible.

Michael *** just did repair on our furnace, he replaced a leaking gas valve. He was very thorough and concerned about gas smell. He took extra time to locate any odor that my wife had smelled. He is a very polite and considerate gentleman.

Marvin was very prompt, professional and thorough. Even though it took 2 trips to fully correct the problem, he kept working on it to get it right.

We have been using their Preferred Service for at least 10yrs. and with our 2nd home. Great company and employees.

I recently use Morris Jenkins to service my furnace. I was able to set up an appointment quickly and the technician came out the next day. the technician was Travis K. and he did a fantastic job. he was very thorough and explained things well. he went above and beyond in making sure by the time he left that the furnace was fixed.

We had our semi annual heating service done yesterday and *** our service tech was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, & respectful of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the service!

What a fantastic experience I had working with Morris Jenkins. It starts with the phone call and the service operator. Very polite, listens, not pushy. Sounded like she really cared about me and my problem. *** is sent out that morning and determines that I need a new switch on my furnace. The new part is over an hour away..he drives there to retrieve it and comes back....in the same day!! Installs switch but isnt quite happy with a reading. He would like a supervisor to come out and check the furnace over. *** comes bright and early the next morning. It takes him a couple of days to find the problem but he never quits!!! Talk about feeling like you matter! Both were always polite and put me at ease about the safety of my furnace. Thank you Morris Jenkins for your excellent customer service and your outstanding employees.

The tech I would like to recognize is Javier L This young man greeted me with the biggest smile on his face, he went out of way to help my replace all my AC filters and Fire Alarm batteries. Javier, was so professional and his personalty was one of those you can only wish every young man had. I will say I do think he could be the next Bobby! He explained the maintenance work he performed to my heating system in words I could understand. Outstanding service was definitely provided by this young man.

Bobby D came out today for routine inspection of my system. He was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable. He was very professional and left me feeling confident of his assessment and recommendations.

Pipes froze and I called Morris Jenkins. *** came out and fixed the problem in no time. *** took the time to answer all my questions! Great customer service on the phone and from the technician! Morris Jenkins is a great company! I've never had a bad experience! Thanks!

Downstairs furnace would not start. No power to the thermostat. Call Morris-Jenkins in the afternoon. They setup an appointment for the following morning. Technician *** came at the scheduled time. He was curious and pleasant to talk with. Problem was a challenge, but never did I see that he could not handle the situation. It took some time, but he finally did identify the issue and fixed it. He was methodical in the steps took to diagnose and find the problem. Great Job!
