Technician Tanner M was completely professional, call me to let me know he was on his way to me and addressed and serviced my unit. You could not ask anymore from a company like Morris Jenkins.....I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The priority advantage tech, Sadie, was very competent, polite. She completed her work, even having to wait for a specific filter to be delivered by another Morris Jenkins employee. She reassured us no other appointment was as important as the customer she is currently serving! How refreshing!

My service technician was Patrick M. He was a great tech. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I have used Morris *** for a few years and have had several different technicians come to my house for yearly maintenance and Patrick told us more about our system and what we need to do than any of the others. He suggested an air purifier for our home and was knowledgeable in what they had to offer as well as exactly what an air purifier does. I suffer from COPD and he was very helpful in letting me know that an air purifier would be beneficial to me. I want to thank Patrick for a wonderful experience. I have also suggested that Patrick be my preferred technician. Thank You Morris

Morris Jenkins has been taking care of my ac/heating for a year. They are always there when needed. Sadie J is a great technician and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions and explained everything well.

I would like to commend the service technician that came to do a semi-annual check on my furnace. The technician's name was Thomas H. He was very thorough in checking the components of my heating unit and my tankless hot water heater. He was very nice to talk with and go over his review. I was certainly pleased with this gentleman on his professional level. He would receive a 5 star rating from me, so pleasant to talk to.

Great technician! Polite and patient with my elderly mother who had him crawling on the floor to open her old stiff registers, answering lots of questions the whole time. Explained options for service plans and smoke detectors without sounding like a salesman.

I had an excellent service call today with Chris S, he was on time, helpful and really nice. He discussed items regarding my machine that I had previously reviewed with prior techs, talked through all options and came up with plan that worked for me.

David H. arrived in a timely manner for my appointment, was polite and efficient. As a single woman I have never once been made uncomfortable by any of the service technicians sent by Morris-Jenkins. We lost hot water on the COLD Saturday morning of a holiday weekend and MJ got us scheduled as soon as we called. I had called 4 other options first with no return calls... They came out to diagnose the problem and give us options for moving forward. The day that Eddie C. came out to replace our Hot Water Heater, it snowed almost 6 inches. He was on time, friendly, considerate of our space, clean, and very helpful. I would and already have recommended the company to other people. It was refreshing to have such GREAT customer service at every turn.
