I'm a Priority Advantage Customer with Morris-Jenkins with HVAC services and then I found myself needing plumbing service. Matt B. and Jeff H. came out to my home jsut before midnight and were there until 3:30 am trying to fix my problem. It was a cold night and they were very pleasant and hard working as they tried to solve my problem. When they had exhausted every avenue thsy could they came back into my home and explained what they had found and what the plan would be going forward. Though I was stressed and tired Matt took care to make sure that I understood all my options and what they could do going forward. After considerable disscusion we reached an agreement to fix the problem and as it was going to be a a fairly expensive fix helped me to set up financing. It would take another 24 plus hours to be able to have the work done but Matt checked in with me the following day to inform me of the schedule and what to expect. That a Technician would take that much time, care, and consideration says a lot about the company.That night Matt and Jeff made a bad situation a whole lot easier to handle. Though I didn't see them again what they did for me that night was exceptional. The work was completed by others that I will also recognize with regards to Morris-Jenkins excellent service. The Work was completed by Shawn E, Tony W, and Rick K. All three giving me the same level of service as Matt and Jeff had that first visit! I have to close with the recogniton of a young lady named Rachel who was my first contact when I called for service. She worked really hard to help me that first night and get techs to my home. She even called me the next night to check and see how I was doing and to follow up on where everything stood. I was very surprised and pleased that she did. That's what customer service is!! Thanks to everyone at Morris-Jenkins for your outstanding service to my family!

Thomas called to give me his ETA and arrived when he said he would for my furnace check. I let him know that I was actually having a problem and my house was actually 54 degrees this morning. He said lets get your heat working and he went straight to work. He was very informative, curteous asked me about the age of my detectors and explained that I really need to make sure carbon monoxide unit was not to old prior to replacing it. He also told me about the filters that I could purchase through MJ. Which I did and told me about component that I needed to replace. I was very happy with Thomas

TONY H. WAS OUR SERVICE TECH TODAY. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS.
HE DID MY SEASONAL CHECK UP,AS I AM A PRIORITY ADVANTAGE CUSTOMER.
MY SYSTEM WAS FINE,BUT HE DID MAKE A FEW RECOMMENDATIONS AS TO A SOME THINGS I MAY DO BECAUSE MY SYSTEM IS GETTING NEAR THE END OF THE WARRANTY.
HE GAVE QUOTES ON THESE ITEMS AND GAVE NO PRESSURE TO HAVE THEM DONE AND SAID HE COULD DO THEM ANYTIME AS THE NECESSARY ITEMS ARE ALWAYS ON HIS TRUCK.

Julian H. resolved my issue in 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional, and explained how he fixed the problem. I will definitely ask for him again if I need other repairs.

My furnace had been giving me problems for some time. We had one company come out & instead of them accessing the problem, they tried to sell us a new one. We called Morris Jenkins. They came in within an hour. Our technician Robert F. went above & beyond the call of duty to make sure our heat was working! He was friendly, thorough and explained everything! We will never choose anyone else but Morris Jenkins from this point on! You guys have a jewel in Robert! He represents his company well! Thanks for everything!

Tony was very polite,did an excellent job, was on time.

Mark N. replaced our noisy draft inducer on our furnace. Working with Morris Jenkins has been a breeze, as they have been very accommodating to our schedule. Mark was very courteous and was in and out in about an hour. We will certainly use Morris Jenkins in the future.
