I called Morris-Jenkins to service my heater unit because it had stopped working. Service Technician , Chase P. completed the diagnostic check and found the solution to repair the unit. I will say that Chase was was extremely professional and explained very clearly everything that he completed as well as suggestions for my unit that was over 20 years old. Morris-Jenkins is extremely fortunate to have such an employee as Chase, you can tell he really enjoys his job and his customer service is outstanding !!!!

Thomas did an excellent job - very personable and professional. Showed up on time - did a great job and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Strongly recommend Morris Jenkins for any work needed on your Heating and Cooling systems.

Recently had our heating system serviced by Chase *** of Morris-Jenkins. We were very pleased with his knowledge, ability to answer our questions and his very pleasant demeanor. He spent extra time to explain the heating system workings to us (upon our request) and was very personable and friendly in a genuine manner. We will request him as our service person in the future.

Morris Jenkins is by the far the most professional business I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Professionalism includes a high standard of service and overall high company ethical standards/interaction. My latest service call was completed by Mr. S. Estes who went above and beyond in taking apart my unit to make sure all the parts were cleaned and properly functioning - and this was for a "well check up" - not to resolve an issue. I give Morris Jenkins my highest recommendation.

Everyone complains when things are wrong, I want to report something good. Tyrell M. and Tony W. installed a new water heater and removed an old and faulty electric on demand system. Both gentlemen were extremely polite and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions. I have been happy with all of the work that Morris-Jenkins has done for me.
