We are Priority Advantage customers and have been for years. Service is very good and we have used them for maintenance and trouble shooting on our HVAC units. We also used for a large scale plumbing project detected by our plumber who said the job was too big for him..

I want to give a shout out to Joshua C for above and beyond the call yesterday. He remedied a mold problem in our upstairs unit with an installation of new plenums, ducts, boots and vents. The weather decided to get hot again, so he was working hard in our hot attic.

Per recommendation from our neighbor, Christine from Morris-*** came out to repair a toilet and also upgraded some of the mechanisms within the toilet. She was very knowledgeable and explained the issue clearly. I also asked her advice and opinion on our supply piping, etc. We opted to proactively replace it with higher quality material (from plastic to stainless steel braided). I appreciated her honest assessment and friendly demeanor throughout her entire service call. As a bonus, she also helped me chase down a rogue blue-tailed lizard that happened to sneak into the house when the door opened. She was able to successfully capture it and release it back outside- not an easy feat because they are fast! Not only is Christine a good plumber, she has excellent 'people skills'. We would definitely call Christine again for plumbing needs in the future.

I recently had Morris-Jenkins out for a tune up and decided to join the Priority Advantage program (members get maintenance twice a year AND unlimited drain cleanings hello!!!). The technician Andrew S. who performed my tune up found the 41 year old ductwork in horrible condition, leaking water into my equipment and full of disgusting growth. I figured it was bad but hadn't realized how bad until Andrew showed me. Brent P. came out to assess the situation and offer me prices on replacing the ductwork and to my surprise the payment was easily manageable. I was able to choose whatever day worked best for me to install new new duct systema job I previously thought impossible because I don't have attic access, but it was no problem for them. They found a solution, and by lunch time CJ, Scott, Josh, Kelvin, and Allen had the work done and the entire place cleaned up. They were a pleasure to have in my home and left the place looking better than it did when they arrived. They offered to strap up the dryer duct I replaced myself when they saw my shotty work, and they even found a hole in my roof that I would never have known about otherwise, and probably saved me a lot of money and headache down the road. I highly recommend Morris-Jenkins. Not only do they get the job done fast and fair, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make the stress of being a homeowner a little less stressful.

This was by far the best service I received from a company!!!! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and seem very concerned about my issue and was ready to resolve it as soon as they could. After they issue was assessed they made sure to show me pictures of what they found and gave solutions on how to fix it. The best part was that they took there time. They didn't try to hurry up and rush through the job unlike my home warranty company (***) who I will be canceling as soon as I can. Each tech made sure to answer all my questions before leaving. They truly do stand behind all of there commercials I see on t.v. I would like to take this time to personally thank Taya P who helped me set up my appointment online. She was great in every step of the way. Andrew F who came the very next day to who came to diagnose my issue and offer the best options to fix it. An expert at his job for sure! Nick B who came by to discuss the options I had on a new unit and was very knowledgeable on everything he talked about. Very friendly. Last but not least is the tech who installed my new unit, Christopher B. Made sure to come in and get the new system installed. He made to check on us and make sure the home was still comfortable while the unit was being installed. He also answered all my questions as well. If you ever have any of these amazing people help you, just know you are in great hands! Amazing job everyone!!!!

Tony came out to service our HVAC systems on 8/20. Since they are about nine years old, he explained how they were beginning to show signs of wear and tear and how he could make improvements to not only extend the life of our systems, but also to make the air quality much better. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. Since this was a rather expensive endeavor, he went the extra mile to retain the financing needed to make the improvements.
Tony is a hard worker. He arrived at 8 AM and stayed until after 3 PM to complete the job without taking any lunch breaks. Very personable.

We had Allen from Morris Jenkins come out today and perform the annual heat/ac check on our system. As always, he was on time, communicated what tests the performed and recommendations. Professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and addressed each one. MJ is lucky to have people like Allen work there.

Our AC stopped working yesterday. After an uncomfortable evening and start to our day, I went to the attic to look around. I noticed a large volume of water had collected in the drain pan under our unit. With the added concern of water damage, we called MJ.
Jordan was prompt in his arrival and professional and courteous while in our home. The air is back on and we are much more comfortable. We are also your newest Priority Advantage customers.

Daniel A came out to My home. Not only was He on time, but He greeted me wirh a mask covered smile. He came in and took care of the issue we were having. He was very polite and had a great personality. It's times like this that You know You have good people working for you. With all the bad goung on in the world it's hard to always keep a good nature. On 8/8/2020 I had a plumbing issue and Christine Conway came down to check it for me. Christine was So nice and pleasant to work with. She was thorough and took the time to explain what was needed. I really appreciate her kind, she is so professional and neat. She took her time to fixed the stuff that needs to be done. She checked the water pressure and the toilet for me. Morris-Jenkins is so Lucky to have Christine as an employee. She took her time to explained stuff for me to understand it well and l would love to have her back again at my house at any time. The guys who work for Mr Jenkins are great! They get the job done and do it right! They are so friendly, knowledgeable about the job they are doing, respectful, informative, you name it! We are VERY pleased with the job they have done from the people that call, the guys that set it up to the guys who go under the house and get dirty! We give them a 10 out of 10 and will always use them in the future!

My wife called me at work and told me that the kitchen sink was flooding onto our hardwoods and that the washing machine had backed up and was flooding in our laundry room. I came home immediately and called Morris Jenkins. They sent Hannah out to the property and she examined the kitchen sink and then took a look at our laundry room sink. She did this after going outside to ensure that our main drain was not clogged. She went into the crawl space, spent some time examining it, and informed me that the piping was low or "bellied" in an area and that said spot was where the clog likely was. She got clamps from her van and straightened the line out by elevating it properly to allow the pipe to drain. She then came into the property and snaked the line, removing the clog, and checked all the sinks for proper draining along with the washing machine as well. Hannah was excellent in every respect and even wore a mask. Currently, the sinks are still draining well and no more gurgling from the kitchen sink while the dishwasher is running. Again, excellent work by Hannah P. and I would recommend Morris-Jenkins.

Once again, on July 15th, 2020, Morris-Jenkins provided great and friendly service, through Michael D, regarding our AC-check and additional helpful repairs. Michael D, as with many others from Morris-Jenkins, was friendly, respectful, and professional. My apologies for the delay of this review, and I hope Michael will get recognition for great and friendly service. I've always felt confident in calling for check-ups and services from Morris-Jenkins, and this particular visit added to my confidence level. Thanks, Michael, and thanks, Morris-Jenkins, for caring about the friendliness and quality of your services.

Vinny P is fabulous. He replaced my toilet yesterday in 2 hours and left my bathroom very clean. He was friendly, professional and courteous. The same evening my shower wouldn't work. I called MJ and Vinny P came back out the next morning at 8am. I thought it was related to the new toilet he installed. He found that the water switch had broken. He replaced it within minutes. I will definitely use Vinny again for my plumbing needs. I appreciate him so much!!
