This was my first time using with Morris Jenkins and I was very pleased. Jay came for a water heater replacement consultation. He was on time and very thorough in explaining all the options and answering our questions. We were able to schedule our installation for the very next day. The installers - Tony and Cory - were also very punctual. They were efficient and completed the job in under 4 hours. They cleaned up and left our home exactly the way they found it. Again very thorough in explaining what was going on and answering our questions. I have no complaints about the first experience working with Morris Jenkins and for that reason, it probably won't be the last. We're probably going to switch to using Morris Jenkins for HVAC services as well.

Called for faucet installation. Joe from Morris *** did the job; explained the process and checked water pressure. Professional and courteous. MJ is lucky to have professionals like Joe.

Morris Jenkins charged me for service they did not provide and will not provide a refund
Morris Jenkins gave me a quote for an AC system on July 5th. Initially, I accepted this quote and decided to move forward with the work. I gave them a credit card that goes to my home equity line of credit to pay for the work. After doing some additional research, I felt that the quote was way too high and decided to get other quotes. Sure enough, the quote given by Morris Jenkins was more than double the next highest quote. After discovering that, I decided to cancel the AC replacement project with Morris Jenkins. I called the same day that I accepted the quote to cancel the project. I was assured by the representative on the phone that they would cancel the transaction and I wouldn't receive a charge. If I did receive the charge, she said, they would reverse it. I checked my account a few days later and discovered that Morris Jenkins had charged the entire project, which is over $12,000, on 7/7/20. I decided to give them a few days to send the refund. I looked back at my account on 7/20/20. The $12,000+ charge still had not been refunded. I called Morris Jenkins again and the customer service rep promised me that they would get it taken care of and it would be refunded. 3 days later, 7/23/20, the charge is still showing on the account. I've disputed this charge with my bank, but will continue to reach out to the company to get this refunded. Between the outrageously high quote, sales person who was very aggressive, and not refunding a charge that should not have occurred, I will not do business with this company again.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund of the full amount that was charged to me. I don't want to keep being told that it's going to be taken care of when it isn't. Stop lying to me and get it done.

First, let me say that we are truly very sorry for the delay in processing this refund. There was an unfortunate miscommunication between departments, and we thought it had been taken care of. This is not how we normally operate, and we offer our sincere apologies. We realized this error earlier in the week and a credit card refund was processed by our Accounting department for $12,107 on 7/21/20. It generally takes 3-5 business days to see that back on your account. We appreciate your patience and again, we are sorry to have caused this issue for you.

Refund so showed in my account

Had Morris Jenkins plumbers out to my house yesterday for multiple things. Adding a hose spigot to the front of the house, fixing an existing issue to our older home with cold water not working upstairs and adding a recirculating pump to our existing tankless water heater. . The guys were professional, clean and courteous. They all wore booties and face masks and were cautious of my baby sleeping. I have used Morris Jenkins heating an air for years and it's great to see their plumbers are just as great and hold the same level of service. Thank you

Dan P. did our semi-annual AC checkup. He arrived on time and and was extremely courteous. And more importantly, he was very thorough. During the routine checkup, he found a natural gas leak in our attic.. even though they usually only check for gas leaks in the winter checkup because of the furnace. If it wasn't for his thoroughness, the pipe would of been leaking gas in our home for at least a few months since no one noticed it until he showed me. If that wasn't enough, he also noticed that our outside unit had poor drainage, and proactively put the entire unit on lifts to keep it out of the moisture. Thank you for not only withstanding the heat in our attic and outside, but proactively uncovering and fixing serious issues that we didn't know we had.

I had a simple dishwasher install and called Morris Jenkins. Patryk G from Morris Jenkins was the technician assigned and not only did he complete the dishwasher task but checked water pressure in the home and the status of my hot water heater.

He did all this courteously and professionally. He explained everything he did and make some recommendations. When he left, I felt like my plumbing was in good hands. Patryk represented himself and Morris Jenkins well and I would recommend him and Morris Jenkins to anyone.

Sarah W from MJ was my plumber today. She did an exceptional job . She found where the leak was coming from and provided me with options to fix it. She also fixed another issue that I had not even called about . Sarah was professional , courteous and friendly.

As usual, a pleasant and professional experience, on 07-13-2020, with Morris-Jenkins, when Damon E. provided AC services to make sure we would have air conditioning this year and a clean compressor unit (outdoor portion of the AC unit). Had a tankless water heater installed today. Morris Jenkins was fantastic; the technicians came on time; did the work professionally; removed the old water heaters, cleaned and explained the system. A great experience. Knowledgeable, safety conscience and friendly.
