Terry L was very professional and worked for as long as he had to, to ensure the problem was fixed, excellent service!!

Speedy service and great customer service. I put in a call for service after 9 pm and a tech was onsite by 10 pm. The tech, Nathan L was spot on. Nathan kept me up to date on the problems as well as a solution throughout the repair process. Nathan is the tech that you hope for but rarely get. Nathan was very knowledgeable of his job and I hope that Morris Jenkins appreciates how well he represents their company. I'm glad I was lucky enough to receive Nathan as my tech this evening.

Zach J was here yesterday to fix our kitchen sink problem and did an outstanding job. We were completely satisfied . He worked very clean and explained everything to us.

She handled a tough job with speed and precision, all while maintaining a positive attitude. She has completely sold me on Morris Jenkins and I will continue to use them for plumbing and HVAC needs. As far as. We know the system is functioning as it should. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the installation was finished in the time qouted.

We have been priority customers for quite a few years now and we recommend Morris-Jenkins' services. We recently had a maintenance appointment on the AC for the upcoming summer. We received an email reminding us the technician was on his way that day and also received a phone call from the technician to tell us his arrival time. Our service technician, Daniel R, observed the COVID-19 protocols advocated by the company, and was knowledgeable and courteous. We would be more than happy to have him provide service on future maintenance calls.

Tony did a truly excellent job for us today. In true Morris Jenkins form he was courteous, polite, and honest. He was very knowledgeable about our systems despite the fact that they are not the newest models! Tony was so pleasant to work with. We will continue to use the team at Morris Jenkins - they certainly give value added service!

This crew had to work so hard to replace the unit in my attic. They showed me all the pictures, how to work the thermostat, and totally cleaned up before they left, all in a rainy, rainy day.

Today, Jon W came to service my A/C. He was ON TIME, professional, very friendly, and followed all of the company's COVID-19 safety protocols. We had a new air conditioning unit installed today. The crew of Zach, Tony, and one other gentleman was professional, efficient, and friendly. Our new unit appears to be working smoothly. The electrician then came to check the wiring, the breakers in the electrical panel, and add a surge protector. He even stayed extra time to help me get a broken key out of a lock on our gate. He and the team went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend Morris-Jenkins.

2. Prompt scheduling. They come when they say they will come and give you appointment verification, text reminder they are in the way, a quick phone call that they are 20 minutes ETA and a warm introduction.
3. A very friendly (think Starbucks, Disney, Southwest Airlines level friendly) person who will do the repairs walks you through every step of the way.
4. Pricing is fair and clear. A complete pricing book defines everything they will fo and what is included so that there are no surprises.
5. Once complete, they confirm you are happy with the service and follow up.

Quite honestly, this is world-class level customer service not found in 99% of companies today. Morris-Jenkins is heads and shoulders better than any other company in their space and I will never consider using some other firm. You just earned a customer for life!
