Thomas was very fast and professional. He had a pleasant and helpful demeanor. I never have to worry when Morris Jenkins comes, I know they'll do a great job and always have everything working at a reasonable price. He showed up when he said he would and came the same day we called! I would very much recommend Morris Jenkins!

I received my service from Darryl Harper and he was very professional and courteous. I believe he was thorough and would recommend him highly.

Called Morris Jenkins on a Friday afternoon with an HVAC problem and they had Michael B. at our home within 2 hours of our call. He immediately diagonosed the problem - had to replace a fan motor that he did not have on his truck - but managed to track one down and returned to replace the faulty motor. He did an amazing job - was very personable - efficient and went above and beyond to fix our problem efficiently! Thank you Michael and Thank you Morris Jenkins. There service is always spot on!! Highly recommended!!

We called on Morris Jenkins to help with some additional HVAC issues we were experiencing around it not producing cool air. Mr. Rob H showed up and analyzed the units and gave us his diagnosis. It was a repair that would take multiple days to complete, but he was very efficient at planning what needed to be done and then executing. He arrive the next day and completed the first part of the repair in less time than he has told us. His work was excellent. Very clean clean with the cable management and he explained everything to me and the purpose of what he did. He made suggestions on other items that I had concerns about. He was very thorough, detail oriented, and professional. It is refreshing to have someone perform work that takes pride in what they do. Job Well Done Mr. Rob. On 02/21/2018 Craig D with Morris-Jenkins came to my house to service my a/c and get my thermostat to work. He did an amazing job. He was very professional and located the problem immediately. I would highly recommend him for any service.

Bobby D was our technician. He was on time, very personable and polite,
and he did a fantastic job explaining what he was doing and why. On a 1 to 10 scale, Bobby gets a 10.

We had an issue with our HVAC cooling properly. We experienced it having issues on a Sunday morning. We called Morris Jenkins and they had Thomas Hurst, Service Technician arrive at our house in about an hour or so. He worked on the issue for few hours and was able to diagnose a couple of issues that were preventing the compressor from working. He then fixed it and added a preventative solution that would help it from breaking again. Thomas was professional, considerate, helpful, and explained in easy to understand terms what was going on with the system. He went above and beyond for us in discovering a leak we had in our attic and helped with tightening some hoses on our washing machine that we didn't have the proper wrench to reach the valves. Our experience with Morris Jenkins has time and time again been excellent. Our experience with Thomas and the call center support staff was no different this time. Morris Jenkins is expensive, but not as expensive as hiring an amateur where you have multiple revisits to solve the same problem. Big thank you to Thomas, the call center support staff, and whoever trains, leads, and manages the team at Morris Jenkins on delivering excellent work and excellent customer experience.

Tony *** at Morris-Jenkins did a fabulous job for me. He inspected and cleaned my heaters and went above and beyone to remove a mouse that was dead in the system. He also noticed my Gas fireplace seemed to be working wrong and tested it for any leaks. I really enjoyed working with him. 5 stars

I called about a leaking toilet. Larry R. responded on time. He looked at my daughters toilet and I asked him to also check out my toilet. They were both 15 yrs old and small. I told him I really wanted to buy new toilets and he said that they sold them. We discussed the different models and prices. He went to pick up the toilets returned and installed them. Larry is very knowledgeable and very personable. I think the whole process took about 21/2 - 3 hours. I will continues to do business with Morris-Jenkins Co. and hope to get Larry. Have already recommended the company and Larry to several people.

With the cold weather over the week-end, out compressor was completely frozen up on Sunday morning with a thick ice layer covering the entire unit. Worried about permanent damage to our heating and A/C system, we called *** and Service Technician Tony H was at our door within two ours (on Super Bowl Sunday and a lot of other service calls due to the cold weather!!). Like all other MJ representatives, he was A+ courteous and explained to us in all details with all his knowledge and friendliness that we had nothing to worry about and that this happened merely due to the cold weather. "To be on the safe side", Tony did a complete check-up of our unit. We are happy that we have signed up to be priority customers with MJ and thank Tony for his prompt and excellent service.

The technician came out to do a seasonal check up for our heating/air systems in our new home. He was incredibly patient with all my questions and took time to explain everything I wanted to know. There were some repairs needed and he presented multiple options to resolve the issues. Everything was taken care of the same day.
