Nick M. was out to perform winter maintenance on my HVAC units and water tank. Arrived when stated. Very polite and professional. Inquired on locations of units, thermostats, detectors and filters. Explained what was to be checked on each item and reported back on any issues encountered and future maintenance recommendations. Explained the longevity of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and recommended replacing the units. As with their past services, have been very satisfied with their service and technicians. Highly recommend Morris-Jenkins to service your HVAC units and hot water tank.

Morris Jenkins was extremely professional from front to back of my furnace installation. Everything was clearly explained upfront and the installation was executed in an extremely quick turnaround time, while implementing the latest trends. Even on the coldest day of the year so far. Zach and team where extremely professional - and genuinely appeared to enjoy their work and being there, which is rare to see now-a-days. Cannot say enough good things!

We have been using Morris-Jenkins for years and are always very happy with their service, but the technician who came this time, Eddie C was exceptional. He checked out the issue and was able to help us solve the problem in short order, plus he provided suggestions which should help avoid having it come up again. It was a very good experience all the way through.

Everyone I came into contact with from Morris-Jenkins was totally professional. Everyone called before coming and were on time. They were knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. It's refreshing to see people who do their job with the satisfaction of the customer in mind! We use Morris-Jenkins for all our properties and their service has been great.

Today I had them out to my home for a slow running toilet. Their drain specialist, Zach Jarvis, was on time, courteous, thorough and professional. He resolved the issue quickly and was a great ambassador for the company as he is a very personable young man.

We chatted briefly and I was impressed by his passion for his job and the opportunity provided by Morris-Jenkins. It's an indication that not only does the business provide a great service but it's also good to its employees. This is the sort of company I respect and will continue to support. Well done!

Nealleigh replaced our disposal and faucet. She did a great job and was very helpful explaining our options when choosing the product.

Improper diagnosis of my furnace
I paid a $95.45 service call fee to a Morris Jenkins Technician on 11/12/18 to diagnosis what was wrong with my furnace. After 25 minutes, I was advised my furnace was not good and a new furnace was needed. On 11/13/18 a had another Technician from another company to provide a 2nd opinion. It took him 5 minutes to diagnosis and fix the problem with my furnace. I did not need a new furnace.

I had the team come out for initial servicing of my HVAC and to address issues I had with air flow and temperature swings between the front and back of my house.

The team talked me through the proposed changes, issues with the current setup, and impact it was having on the system. I felt confident in their assessment because I've seen some of the impacts they told me to be on the lookout for already.

The install team was very professional and walked me through all the changes, ensuring I was comfortable. Having an engineering background, I found it extremely informative and added more HVAC knowledge to my own toolkit.

I'd happily use the team again.

Super friendly and knowledgeable guys! Arrived on time and finished early without cutting any corners. They took the time to ensure all questions were answered. Great customer service and quality products.

Our kitchen sink backed up on Monday evening. I took apart the under sink pipes but they were clean. The problem was behind the wall, and needed to be rounded to clear. At 10:00 PM I made an appointment with Morris-Jenkins for the next day. They advertised the price on-line, and they have a professional "look" to them so that is what convinced me. They have me a 3 hour window for the appointment. The tech (Eddie C.) arrived in the middle of that window. (Mr. J - I think Eddie C. Is a very good employee, and hope that you take good care of him).

He quickly rodded the drain, put the under sink piping back together, and tested. Everything was right and working. After paying the advertised price, I was very satisfied and pleased. I have always thought the commercials were a little silly but cute, but the service convinced me to put Morris-Jenkins at the top of my list for future plumbing or HVAC needs.

I called Morris Jenkins because we had a clogged toilet. The technician (Eddie C) was at my home in less then 30 mins from my call. He was extremely polite and professional. He informed me right away that they were running a special price. He fixed the problem quickly and was very neat about it.
I will definitely use Morris Jenkins again and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Chad my technician surprised me and came earlier than our scheduled appointment, but that was perfectly fine with me since I was working from home that day. Chad was friendly, courteous and professional. He explained in detail how and what he was installing, the cost of the service, which was cheaper than the original quote and he let me know if we experience any issues to contact him directly or call the Morris Jenkins office. Chad provided excellent customer service and left the area neat and clean. I will definitely use Morris Jenkins again in the future!
